What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? There are multiple ways to deploy the Phish Alert Report buttons for Outlook. And it is not clear if we can delete old configurations or which one is the most recent. I think in short, the process for deploying the phish alert button could be better. I understand that part of this is likely due to Microsoft, but there are parts that could be improved on the KSAT portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping our end users identify and report suspicious emails. It is also helping us determine malicious emails and shut them down before damage is done. It also creates awareness for the end user of how easily and often they are falling for phishing emails.
