1. Katalon platform effectively allows us to solve major challenge in cross-browser testing while we test website applications across browsers & other devices.

2. It eliminates the tremendous efforts involved with automation, since I can test on multiple browsers & devices through parallel testing approaches.

3. We needn't install or maintain any agents or emulators in Katalon platform. It has all the test dependencies in their cloud UI.

4. The test coverage offered by Katalon platform is comprehensive which gives me the much needed confidence that the application will be preferred by majority of the users after it passes all of our test cases.

1. In some cases, we experienced latency issues during test cases build execution from AWS CodeBuild projects.

1. Katalon platfom is a cloud-based low-code testing platform which doesn't require much experience with programming.

2. We make use of its data-driven testing features to read inputs from our on-premise & cloud database with multiple datasets for automation testing.

A few things which I like are that it helps in the integration with other platforms, allows parallel testing, and helps to create test suites and test cases on both web and desktop

Nothing much but it can't take much load as per my experience and it has various types of platforms with different access so it's hard to switch as per needs. Rest all are fine

It is helping me to create automation test cases to test our whole web platform and create some for our desktop application , and helps to provide a report with screenshots that where test cases are failed.

1. It would be great if Katalon can support automation in other languages like Python. Currently, it only supports Java and Groovy.

2. There should be on-screen suggestions to the user if he/she wants to have multiple input sets in the test case.

2. Katalon helps in Rapid Test Automation as the applications are now being developed in low code rapid environments like Outsystems.

Katalon is really easy to use. As a beginner, it made writing test cases simple.

There is nothing that dislike about Katalon as of now

Katalon has made automation testing easier for beginners. It is really easy to set up and use

WEB, MOBILE, API, DESKTOP Automation frameworks - all available in the free version and lots of plugins to connect to your test management tools.

No need to write complex codes nowadays to perform test automation as Katalon provides in-buillt functions ready to be customised and used in a very user friendly interface.

So far, I enjoy all the features. no complaints

Do not give a second thought. It is currently the most robust, reliable and complete package for an automation solution.

Katalon Test Studio has helped me to overcome the issue of automated regression testing within projects I have worked.

The time for training new automation testers with this tool and the time to write new test cases is very less compared to other automation solutions, hence it is a quick and reliable tool when it comes to implement for any project.

Detailed reports and Test ops provide a better visibility on test execution runs and can be monitored over a historical period of time to track stability of code.

The best thing about Katalon is its intuitive interface which is easy to operate without much need for documentation (unless your test case is complex). Ease of deployment and record and play features are the other positives.

Sometimes, it takes time to work and test the script. Though many features are free, certain necessary features have to be bought.

Katalon is a decent IDE that helps you automate test cases. But, I suggest you research more about the product on the ground of your use case.

TestOps is a cloud-based application designed to orchestrate test cases and DevOps. Its key modules are test management, test planning, and test execution. It’s seamlessly integrated with other Katalon products, testing frameworks, and CI/CD tools.

It provides powerful reporting and results analytics functionality. Users can access real-time test reports and monitor test quality, coverage, flakiness, etc.

The main advantage by using katalon is its eas of deployment compared to selenium and a wide range of integrations and also has dual scripting interface with different programming skills for users.

As of now I don't find any anything to dislike and sometimes the execution time is bit high it takes long time and stuck there. It has performance issues and also will not support more scripting languages.

Best IDE with easy UI

I have been solving many problems. It has cross browsing features and mainly it runs on selenium engine so all test scripts are well organized and understandable.

Amazing UI and Featurues are what makes it easy to use. I really liked the easy to implement approach. It really helped me to achieve my goals and helped me learn new things.

There was not much to dislike this studio. Since it fulfilled my requirements properly so I am not sure if there are any hidden bugs or issues that might occur. I am really glad with the work they did here.

Really advanced.

The business problem that we faced was to see how userflow will be like. We wanted to test user interaction and communication of the services running in the background. We created a dummy model of our business and run automations to draw some conclusions.
