**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

Sales Grid is fantastic - super helpful for the sales team and smooth to manage for admins. The content is perfectly organized. Savvy, the AI engine tremendously helps with RFIs and comms with prospects. Our sales reps also appreciate sales co-pilot and use it daily! it was super easy to implement and the team is always super helpful!

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

SalesGRID has increased the effectiveness of our sales team by providing easy access to all the content they need but also by providing an AI-powered co-pilot that helps them sell better. I've been super impressed by the features in this product and highly recommend it for anyone with a b2b sales team. The support is great, super responsive team.

Not a big fan of orange as a logo color.

The AI feature (Savvy) makes it really easy to navigate and consume your sales content. It is a huge time saver for common tasks such as filling in RFPs, writing an executive summary or creating tear sheets and increases the consistency and quality of the sales process

There's nothing I dislike. Excited to see how the product develops!

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

As a sales person, I can easily access the most up-to-date, approved content based on the stage in the customer journey.  This is a big time saver compared to wading through an obese CMS or a Drive, which is hard to govern. SalesGrid liberates me from finding and opening things like, "Most up to date Sales Presentation," only to realize it's 7 years old, for example.

We also store RFP responses, another time saver. It saves Solutions Engineers and Product Teams time as well, and helps us win deals faster.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

I don't have any issues really. There may be more that can be done to enhance value, but for how I use as a seller, for a conduit from marketing and Solutions Engineering, it's doing all we ask.

**What problems is Kaddi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accelerating sales cycles.  Engaging customers with the content based on their stage in the buyer's journey.   Freeing up resources from solutions and marketing by enabling sales teams to self service.

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

I love the content organization according to the stages and steps of your sales process. It is intuitive and clean, and shows the content that is relevant to where you are at in the sales process. In addition, the search for content and filter by tags. That's all you need to find what you are looking for quickly.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

The document versioning could be better. You can update documents stored in SalesGRID with a new version, and the Slack integration sends a notification that a new version of a document has been uploaded. That's great, but we actually keep a lot of documents in Google Drive. Currently SalesGRID is not picking up that there is a new version of a Google Drive document to notify us on Slack.

**What problems is Kaddi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesGRID is our Single-Source-Of-Truth for all our sales collateral. Sales and Marketing put all materials there, and you can trust that it's the latest version. No more searching across numerous different locations or picking up old versions of decks or case studies.

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

SalesGRID is easy to use and a great repository for everything your GTM team could/should be leveraging in their day-to-day. As a sales rep, I'm constantly searching for content, decks, case studies, etc. through SalesGRID and it can also be used to help new reps get ramped up more easily through learning a playbook and what steps/actions/content is best for each part of an evaluation. 

Extra bonus points for having variety of ways to catalog information in SalesGRID, making it easy to filter the repository down. Additionally, there's multiple ways each user can tailor their experience of SalesGRID by having different Viewing types (List, Cards, Kanban).

Overall, very practical and useful software!

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

It's only as good as what you/your team uploads.

**What problems is Kaddi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of salespeople reguarly having to ping a specific internal chat channel or a specific person and request something. With SalesGRID, I can go straight to a directory, search by keywords, titles, or tags for the specific piece of content I need, then carry on with the day without interrupting someone else or becoming dependent on others to provide me with what I need.

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

The team at SalesGrid has made the implementation of their tool a breeze.
When selecting a sales playbook tool we looked at a number of options. We eventually chose Salesgrid because of the interactions we had with their team. 
Its important to us when selecting tools for our business that the vendor operates as a partner and works with us to achieve successful outcomes. 
The service team has been accessible and responsive to our needs and this has accelerated the adoption of the tool within my team. 
Combine this with the fact that Salegrid is simple to administer and simple to navigate and use and you have a winning solution.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

I dont dislike anything. 
Future enhancements on the wish list - would love to see integration with Hubspot, MS Teams and Outlook.

**What problems is Kaddi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to content in one easy location for the sales team. 
A simple approach to checking and validating qualification at each step of the sales process.
Insight on tasks and tactics the team can utilise to progress a sale through to the next stage.

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

I have been using SalesGRID for a few months now and have found it incredibly easy and intuitive to navigate. It is a great tool to help me quickly find content and guides and ensure I do not miss any critical steps throughout my sales process. I believe this tool is making me a more thorough and effective salesperson. I like having an online Playbook that maps out every step of the sales process. As a result, I never miss a critical step in the process and know my approach is consistent across with the rest of my team. I imagine this would be very useful for new starters to get accustomed to our method quickly. The other feature that I like is the ability to serach for content using tags. It has made finding relevant content so much easier for email prospecting or simply responding to customer requests.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

There is nothing I have found so far that is not working. If we have had any difficulties, they have been easily fixable.

SalesGRID ensures we have a consistent approach to selling across the whole team. It makes sure that I don't cut corners and jeopardize my sale by neglecting critical stages or steps in the process.

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

SalesGRID has become an indispensable tool for my workflow. I use it daily to find materials to send to prospects for every stage of the sales cycle. Before SalesGRID, we had Google Drive, which made it hard to find the content I needed. Google Drive is a universal tool, and not dedicated to sales. Everyone has their own structure of where to put documents, which makes it challenging. SalesGRID is a tool dedicated for sales, and it has a clear structure of organizing the documents according to the stages in the sales process.
SalesGRID combines sales content with the sales process. This allows me to stay within the process and best practices my company has set and proven to work.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

I would love to see insights into what content is used most and how successful it is. Each document comes with statistics, but it would be great to see a table where I can sort and filter documents e.g. according to owner and usage.

**What problems is Kaddi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesgrid lets me quickly find the most recently updated content to share with prospects and customers. It keeps me focused on selling and not spending long times of periods creating my content or messaging. It also helps me know what our best practices are when it comes to the sales cycle.

Love how easy SalesGRID makes it to socialize useful sales assets across the team. Everyone knows to go to SalesGRID to find what they need to help them win business, whether it's a case study, legal docs, or recordings of successful sales calls.

Well... anytime I've had something to improve or questions about functionality, the SalesGRID team has been on it! Love the responsiveness of our account management team in helping us be successful.

As a new member of my team, I find the Playbook invaluable.  It was designed by our team, and matches our process.  I can refer to it to see what paperwork I need to provide in any given stage and prepare in advance for the next stage of the process.

Don't particularly like the emails I receive every time new content is added.  Once a week would be better for me.

We had a problem with sales collateral being stored in many different locations, and SalesGRID has solved this for us.  It is our 'one-stop shop' for any document relevant to the sales team.

1) Ease of use. It is easy to find Performio's content and easy to download. Takes no time at all and makes my job more efficient. Also easy to upload content
2) UX is great. Like being able to get a glimpse of the content and even read through it before downloading it

One thing I may improve is the organization of it. It would be nice if we had a "Contents Page" so I don't always have to use the search bar. This may be just the way we have it setup though.

Everything I need as a seller is one easy to locate platform. I don't have to search around different platforms to get what I need. I can stay in SalesGrid and no my playbook, case studies, internal information, testimonials, presentations etc etc all in one place

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

SalesGRID solves a critical business challenge that any company with a Sales org will inevitably face: maintaining an organized and easily accessible sales content and strategy repository. 

With SalesGRID, storing and accessing sales content such as recorded demos for internal and external distribution, sales forms and documents, the most recent version of a slide deck, etc. is painless and seamless. Using the intuitive Tag and search functionality couldn't be more straightforward and eliminates the tedious exercise of combing through Google Drive folders to find an up-to-date version of a case study to send a prospect.

 SalesGRID allows users to link content to stages within the Sales process in a visually appealing way within the platform. In the event a prospecting rep omits a critical step while selling, he or she is effectively reminded of recommended pieces of content and sales strategy by the platform.

Additionally, SalesGRID integrates with standard tools such as Salesforce and Slack (coming soon) so that the sales team doesn't have to leave their (hopefully) favorite software to prospect and sell. Our sales team loves the SFDC integration, which couldn't be simpler to use.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

While SalesGRID has already begun adding insights and analytics into the hottest pieces of sales content and strategy, I think they could go even further in automating and honing the process by which the most critical sales content and strategy is identified and suggested to reps. Given the leaps and bounds by which SalesGRID has grown over the months I've used it, I do not doubt this is on the horizon. Overall, this isn't a dislike so much as an idealistic 'nice to have'

**What problems is Kaddi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, I think that consolidating critical sales content in a way that's easily searchable and usable by reps is a challenge every company with a sales org faces. There are surprisingly few tools that do this, and none that do it as elegantly as salesGRID. As a result of our SalesGRID adoption, our team spends a tiny fraction of their prospecting and selling time searching for prerecorded demos, contractual boilerplates, etc. and more time selling.

SalesGRID is extremely helpful in that I can find all my resources and documentation in one spot. You can tag resources, which makes them even easier to find. In the past we have tried to store all documents in Google Drive and it quickly became a mess. Very hard trying to find a specific piece of content. Also, if you have questions about anything you can quickly reference the chat in the bottom right. I get my questions answered very quickly.

At this point, nothing. I am continuing to learn SalesGRID, but so far I am very impressed.

SalesGRID is keep all of our content organized in a single platform and easy to find. This allows me to quickly find what I am looking for and get back to prospecting and ultimately closing business.

There are many things I like in SalesGRID. First, it has been so helpful during my training and lists out the exact steps necessary for our process. Next, I love that I can search all my content easily while finding specific pages where content is stored. It has made my first month very easy, and I look forward to using it throughout my time here.

SalesGRID is a great place to house all our company's recordings, playbooks, and best practices.  It is easy to find what you need and allows for great collaboration amongst the team.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

No real downsides for a company of our size (~150 employees).  As long as employees buy into only posting best practices, it will ensure the content is strong and reusable for sales & marketing.

We house our best practices for sales emails, marketing content, repeatable demo talk tracks, vignettes, & competitor information.  It is straightforward to search and locate the best content.

SalesGRID maps directly to our sales cycle stages, making it easy for our sellers to access the right content at the right stages of the deal cycle. It also allows supporting teams to easily manage content and the resources necessary to create new content.

SalesGRID is a young product, but the team supporting its development has the right growth plan. They are thinking through real-time scenarios every seller experiences and working to align the product to many common sales strategies.

SalesGRID is helping our organization surface the right content at the right time during the sales cycle. This is highly beneficial to our new and old sellers because it makes their time dedicated to customer engagements and not spending time trying to find content.

I do not have any negative things to say about SalesGRID.  This tool has allowed  me to ramp quickly, understand best practices and move deals forward at every stage in the cycle.

SalesGRID is a great tool to make your playbook easy to follow for your whole sales team. Depending on where your opportunities are at within your sales pipeline, Salesgrid provides the appropriate steps and sales collateral that will save your salespeople time, and maximise the chances of closing the deal. Salesgrid integrates well with Salesforce, adding a layer of sales enablement that CRMs lack.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

SalesGRID is great for complex B2B sales and may not be so appropriate for lighter-weight sales processes. Being a relatively new product in the market it does not integrate with every CRM.

SalesGRID helps me track my sales opportunities, provides a single place for all my sales collateral  (such as presentation templates and FAQs), and enforces our sales playbook.

Having a repository of quality content that you can draw on combined with getting daily updates of quality content that other team members have shared.

On the insights page, you need to scroll across to see all stages of the buying cycle - mind you that, could be our internal issue as we have many sales stages.

**What do you like best about Kaddi?**

SalesGRID helped our struggling sales team find the right content quickly and efficiently within their full-text search, tagging and visual search. This is a massive plus as you no longer have to open documents. You look at the thumbnail and recognise the document you are looking for. The sales team is now more efficient by having all their sales content at their fingertips and don't have to waste time searching for documents. SalesGRID is the ultimate sales playbook for medium size companies like ours.

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

Honestly, there's not much to hate about a tool that keeps everything easily organized. I would mention that the daily digest email of new and updated content items is great, but it is sometimes unclear what the update was. If somebody changes a spelling mistake in the title, it'll appear as an update, where it probably shouldn't. It would be great if they would limit the updates to only actual content changes.

SalesGRID is organising sales content in a central place, which helps our sales team tremendously. No more outdated sales decks, no more searching for that case study on some shared drive. Everything is easy to view at first glance with their visual search.

I'm enjoying using the Content tab as I've been able to search for a few documents on there with ease.

Nothing as of yet, any feedback I have once i start to use the platform more, i will share.

Searching for videos and documents which I usually wouldn't have easy access to, and would have to ask someone else to send through.

SalesGRID is the simplest, most intuitive way to manage my sales plays. It's so easy that you can use it on the go and easily focus back on selling!

**What do you dislike about Kaddi?**

I wish there was a chrome extension so I didn't have to have another tab open. But this is such a small issue, it's not a deal breaker.

Never realized how disorganized I was until I pretty much eliminated the time it took to "find" documents. It's like Google Cloud Search on steroids because it provides context to what I'm looking at.
