Jotform Sign has been a huge asset for my business. I run a private car rental company, and it allows me to send rental agreements, waivers, and other important documents for customers to sign from anywhere. It’s simple to set up, easy for customers to use on their phones, and has helped streamline my entire booking process.

I also like how well it integrates with the rest of Jotform, making it easy to collect customer information and signatures in one workflow. It has saved me time, reduced paperwork, and helped my business look more professional. I really love the AI agent function in Jotform Sign because I don't have to connect to my cloud or API and use vector stores. It makes it easier to write prompts. The forms sometimes get very difficult to create page breaks, and the first page and second page will show up on the same page. And the preview view always puts the second page first. Also, setting anything time related will only show in 24 hour time, even though it gives you an AM/PM option. So, if you use the option, it'll show up like 1700 am or pm. I like the price because you get a lot more signed documents than other platforms per month. It’s easy to use and send to my clients. I like that Jotform Sign can detect the fields needed for signature, so it makes my life easier. Sending signatures via a link instead of having to send it through email also solves a problem for me. You can create custom documents which contain variable data and you have the ability to assign the document to multiple signers if you need to create sort of a workflow with the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While you can create a custom document you had better like precisely what you have created because you cannot edit the document once you have created it. Even if you find a mis-spelling there is no editor to allow you to update the document without totally recreating the entire thing. JotForm has a robust array of integrations and features, many of which I have found surprisingly useful. I haven't explored many of the tools it offers, but so far I have found that JotForm Sign and the Approvals flow are most useful for my needs. The UI can be confusing and hard to navigate. Searching "My Forms" doesn't include Sign forms, which is illogical. Additionally, the ability to change the appearance of the forms is limited. Jotform seats are a little pricey, but the software is user-friendly and very functional. The ease of importing a PDF to receive signatures and assign fields to necessary parties is intuitive and useful. Jotform Sign paired with an approval workflow adds a whole new layer to processes that I didn't realize was attainable. Every once in a while I find a feature that I would like to exist, but doesn't. For my approval workflow, I wanted 2 consecutive signatures and then the last portion of the document to be simultaneously filled out by 2 other parties. This is not possible, and isn't even really a straightforward process with any of Jotform's other features. It seems pretty basic to want this sort of functionality. I submit these to the support team as feature requests and move on with my day. The support team has been incredibly helpful in determining how to create a process in Jotform as well. My favorite part is the Ask Podo section, because I had a lot of ideas but wasn’t sure how to translate them into forms. I do think it is worth the price, Jotform really helped us get control over our onboarding and files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only struggle I’ve had so far is that when I import my own PDFs and create a signed document from them, I can’t remove pages afterward or reorganize them. I usually end up having to make an entirely new document. Also, if I wanted to create a signed document and I wanted to add my signature as well, I could only access it through my email, not through the jotform website. As a Dietician & Nutritionist and also someone who creates health education content online, Jotform Sign is helping me manage patient consent forms, follow-up documents, diet assessment forms, wellness program documents, and teleconsultation paperwork in a much more organized way. I like that PDF documents can be uploaded easily and signature fields, dates, names, and form fields are detected automatically, which saves time during regular clinic work. Ease of use is very good because documents can be prepared, shared, signed, and downloaded without complicated setup. I also use templates, signer tracking, document sharing links, status updates, reminders, and completed document history regularly. It becomes helpful while handling patient approvals, nutrition guidance forms, and homeopathy consultation records because everything stays managed in one place. Ease of implementation was simple for my work, and integrations with forms and workflow tools also help in managing online documentation more smoothly.

Another thing I like is that signed documents, pending signatures, completed forms, and multiple signer activity can be tracked properly from the dashboard itself. Performance has been smooth while managing multiple documents and sending forms for signature frequently. Customer support was also helpful when I checked some setup related things. I feel the mobile experience can be improved a little more for users who manage documents regularly from phone. Some advanced customization and automation features are useful, but initially they may feel a bit difficult for non technical users in clinic or healthcare work. I had two issues. First one was when setting up documents to be e-signed there was no option to just save it as a template so I can reuse it later as is the fact with the documents I needed signing which would always go out the same way to clients. It would always be the same stack that gets sent and signed, I only discovered upon accidently closing the window that it is then saved so it can be cloned. However, a "save form" button which is clearly visible and accessible from the page of putting in fields would be nice. If there was such a button already I didn't see it. Another issue was that after inserting my document stack which consisted of about 45 pages, I had found that the last documents paragraphs had been moved around. I know keeping the same paragraph and sentencing structure all the way through from a docx. to a pdf. and then uploaded to your software is by near impossible, however a "replace document" button would solve this problem as it would allow me to replace a inserted document from the stack which has already been uploaded. Due to me not double checking (which I know is a user error) my document stack after uploading to insert signature fields, I discovered my final document in the stack was a bit jumbled, which led me to have to reupload the entire stack again and having to insert all the fields again after fixing my document so it would fit the format of Jotform Sign. A "replace document" button would have solved this issue in minutes rather than the painstaking hour and a half I lost on manually inserting fields all over again. I use Jotform Sign to create forms for my clients to sign, and it makes collecting signatures remotely easy and seamless.
