Jiko Reviews & Product Details

Jiko is a simple digital food safety app that helps New Zealand hospitality businesses manage the everyday records required under their Food Control Plan. Instead of relying on paper forms, spreadsheets and folders, your team can record temperature checks, cleaning tasks, deliveries, opening and closing checks, and other kitchen compliance activities in one convenient place. Completed records are stored securely and organised by date, making it easier to review your history and find the information you need. When it’s time for a food safety audit, you can quickly search and export your records without digging through paperwork. Jiko makes daily compliance simpler for staff, gives owners better visibility over completed checks, and helps your kitchen stay organised and ready when evidence is requested.
