"A Helpful AI Writing Tool That Saves Me Time"
4/5
Describe the project or task Jasper helped with:

The Google Cloud Translation API is a powerful tool for automating the translation of text across multiple languages. It integrates seamlessly with various applications, making it ideal for businesses looking to streamline their content creation and translation processes. The API supports a wide range of languages and offers reliable performance, although initial setup may require some technical knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jasper?

What I like most about Jasper is that it helps me turn a rough idea into a usable first draft pretty quickly. I mainly use it for content ideas, social media posts, first drafts and marketing content. The interface is easy to understand, and the templates make it easier to get started without writing everything from scratch. The AI usually understands a simple prompt and gives me useful ideas or different versions to work with. Its performance is also good, since the content is generated quickly. I still edit the output to match my own writing style, but overall it saves me quite a bit of time and makes the cost easier to justify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Major Time-Saver for Emails and Day-to-Day Communications"
4/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

What I like best about Jasper is how much time it saves me. I use it to help write emails, resident notices, follow-ups, marketing messages, and other day-to-day communications. I can give it my main points, and it helps me turn them into a professional message without having to spend a lot of time figuring out how to word everything.

I also like that I can change the tone and make the message sound more friendly, professional, or firm depending on what I need. It has made my daily workload easier and helps me get things done faster. The biggest benefit for me is having something I can use when I know what I want to say but need help putting it into the right words. I feel Jasper provides good value for what I’m paying. The amount of time it saves me on writing emails, resident notices, marketing content, and other communications makes the cost worthwhile. I’m able to get things done faster and spend less time trying to figure out how to word everything. Overall, the time savings and convenience make it a good investment for my day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

One thing I dislike about Jasper is that sometimes the responses can sound too much like AI and need to be edited to feel more natural and personal. I usually have to make a few changes to the wording and tone, especially when I want a message to sound like something I would actually say.

I also feel like some of the features can take a little time to learn, and not everything is necessary for the type of content I use it for. While Jasper saves me time overall, I still need to review everything carefully to make sure the information is accurate and the message fits what I’m trying to say.

The biggest downside for me is that it doesn't always get the tone right on the first try, so I still have to spend some time editing the final message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Persona-Specific Messaging with Room for Integration Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

I enjoy the granular audience profile and multi-persona tone switching, which allows me to define personas like CFO or chief security officer within the platform. Jasper automatically adjusts technical vocabulary and value drivers depending on the executive role we are targeting. I also like Jasper Studio for managing custom engine workflows. It lets us build custom, no-code AI workflows specifically for our Teams account, enabling reps to turn raw account call notes into tailored decks with one click. Setting up for our ABM team was seamless and took less than a day, allowing our SDRs and ABM managers to launch personalized account cadences during their first week. What do you dislike about Jasper?

I really wish they can solve the issue of lack of direct native export into Salesforce and Outreach.io. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Much faster, more cohesive content creation, but it takes tweaking to get right"
4/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

I love that it doesn’t just do everything for us, it also lets us collaborate and make small adjustments exactly the way we want. Collaboration and performance really go hand in hand here. It lets us localize our content at a light-speed pace compared to what we used to do. It takes an idea and outputs it shockingly well, either by tweaking prompts or jump-starting our ideas from a simple general concept. It also made our campaign creation much more cohesive, everything stayed aligned and it’s next to flawless for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

It’s not painfully rough, but it does require a decent amount of tweaking to get it how we want it. Sometimes we’ll fix one aspect and it will change another, so it can be a circle to a point that sometimes we just need to start over. Brand voice is usually there, but it’s not perfect and sometimes it’s funny how randomly off it can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick text generation and a solid editor, but output can be hit or miss"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

Having a solid text editor and quick text generation makes a huge difference in our daily workflow. It completely cuts down the time spent staring at a blank page and lets us draft outlines and marketing text much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Sometimes the output quality can be a bit hit or miss, so you always have to double check it before using. The generative AI is fast, but it occasionally misses the mark on specific instructions. Social posts also needed manual adjustments, and sometimes I had to tweak sentences to fit our exact style. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Prompting and Consistently High-Quality Content with Jasper"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

What I like best about Jasper is how intuitive it is to prompt. I don’t have to overthink my instructions—Jasper quickly understands what I want and delivers content that feels aligned with my intent. The ease of use makes it a reliable tool for both quick tasks and more complex writing projects. It saves me time, reduces frustration, and consistently produces high‑quality results.

Overall, Jasper makes the creative process smoother and more enjoyable, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an AI that truly “gets” what you’re asking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

The interface changes can be disruptive and make it harder to find features I was used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Faster drafts and solid brand voice alignment, but output can be generic"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

Content Ideas and AI Text Generation make content creation much faster for me. Content Ideas helps when I’m not sure what to write, and AI Text Generation gives me a good starting point quickly. Brand Voice Alignment usually understands the overall tone I want and keeps the content clear and professional, which helps keep things consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Sometimes the output quality is not exactly what I’m looking for, so I still need to edit. Some parts can sound too generic or a little too formal, and the templates can feel repetitive. Brand Voice Training also takes some time to get the tone consistent, especially when the content style changes, and the tone can drift a bit between longer form content and shorter social posts. "Easy to Create On-Brand Content"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

I like that Jasper makes social media posts and short marketing copy much faster, and blog posts quicker to create (even if they need more editing). It usually understands my brand voice as simple, friendly, and professional, not too formal or sales-heavy. When I used Brand Voice Control, it generally kept the same tone in social posts and marketing copy and used the kind of wording I normally prefer, so first drafts were easier to use with fewer tone changes. It also made campaign creation much more cohesive across channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Even with a detailed prompt and specific points, it can miss important instructions and give a more generic response than I want. I have had to rewrite the prompt and repeat missing details to get the result I needed. More detailed or highly specific content was not as fast because I had to make changes and give Jasper more instructions. Overall, I do not fully trust the AI capabilities, and it is not always easy to catch and correct mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brand Voice Settings Made Our Content Consistent and Blog Writing Faster"
5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

The brand voice settings are the standout feature for us. Once we set it up, the blogs and content pieces coming out of jasper actually sound like they are from the same company, which was not the case before. It's cut down a lot of the back and forth editing we used to do just to make things sound good. It also made blog writing noticeably faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

It's still a tool, not a replacement for a human touch. Outputs need review and editing, especially for longer or more nuanced pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clunky and Pricey: Limited Flexibility, Repetitive Copy, and No Access After Cancelling"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Jasper?

It does a good job generating content, but it's pro version doesn't allow you to generate copy outside of the guidelines, even if you free style. Also, the repetition of the types of copy just feel AI slopish. With a well tailored prompt, you can generate better copy than what it does. Also, the keyword additions to the copy are limited; so you're stuck using a tool like Claude or GPT to add extra keywords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Clunky Annoying from a price perspective, they don't allow you to signup without paying for it Once you stop paying, they don't give you access too your past work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
