**What do you like best about Jambo?**

I used Jambo and experienced that it gives better market comparison with good research. It has a better userfriendy and easy interface.

This tool is easy to use but but it can be improved with better customer service as response for the solving issues is poor.

Jambo giving better market reasech and also the comparison of it with data analysis gives clear comparison. It helped me for better decision making.

- It is a highly collaborative tool which ensures effective team management activities in a single placeholder with 360 degree information about teams.

- It offers reporting and analytics capabilities for extracting data and suggesting options.

- Jambo is a costly tool as it involves multiple data integration with other systems which is a time consuming activity.
- The cloud deployment options are very limited due to limited virtual machine capabilities
- The virtual management of teams is difficult as compared to on-premise options.
- The service request process can be improved for handling queries, concerns or requests.

this is a great platform and I do not dislike much about this the only thing is that they can up their desigh where I am sure they will do it with all the future pending updates to come.

**What do you like best about Jambo?**

One of the best appealing aspect of this platform is to offer a comprehensive and unified solution for professional market research and managing various activities all within a single platform which brings a user-friendly experience.

**What do you dislike about Jambo?**

To be fair enough Jambo does have shortcomings but in my view they are minor. Jambi is not cost efficient as it is an expensive platform. It could benefit from a few additional features, such as the ability to add picture, but overall, its still performs excellent.

**What problems is Jambo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User-friendly aspect is one of the major benifits of Jambo as it makes the job easier and quicker. Jambo helps to manage all activities under one platform which saves the effort and reduces duration. It also helps to conduct survery.

Jambo tool is best because Jambo provides great customer support to the user. Jambo is best for new users because Jambo provides a user-friendly interface and ease of integration. Jambo provides a frequency of use. Jambo also provides various dashboards like activity dashboards where you can easily manage your data. Jambo tool is easy to implementation.

It is very simple to use and navigate any features easily. It helps me to manage and organizes my contacts, for better accessibility I can create group categorize. The best things it provides the backup and restore options. It is very safe to use.

It has Limited features and also limited compatability. One more things this app contains frequent ads so, sometimes it makes me uncomfortable to use.

Its user interface and activity management capabilities Jambo does lack some features that further enhance the overall experience. The limited options for customizing surveys restrict the range of data.

I like that Jambo is a complete solution for market research and that you can do everything in one platform. Jambo is really easy to use and to implement. The customer service is also great

There is nothing I really dislike about Jambo. The design is not very modern, but it's not a problem per say.

The best Thing is, its easy and simple to create a survey, you dont need to study so I can give my Tasks to some other persons WHO dont have a big knowledge.
Also the result comparison are simple and detailed

Its a bit underwhelming in the distribution since its a good Software, IT could have some minor more Features like adding picture solutions but its great
