For quality processes, we were able to add closure statuses at process closure, which made the solution feasible for automotive use. There were huge issues with functional guidance from implementation partners. We struggled understanding how to translate our processes in the best standard solutions in Ivalua and our implementation partner did not guide us well and proposed solutions that were not standard at all. At that point, as project team we were not able to understand that at that point since we did not know the system much.
