ISO 9001 CompliancePro is a monday.com-based solution from Simpleday Solutions that helps businesses organize and manage their ISO 9001:2015 implementation. The solution brings the main ISO 9001 processes, documentation, tasks, and records into one structured workspace in monday.com. This makes it easier for teams to see what needs to be done, keep documents organized, track progress, and manage the work involved in preparing for certification. The Complete Plan also includes 76 ISO 9001 document templates covering both mandatory and non-mandatory requirements. The templates are provided by Advisera and are available in monday Docs, Word, and Excel formats. Key features include: - Document management: Keep ISO 9001 documents organized in one place, with version control and change tracking. - Task and process management: Track implementation activities, responsibilities, deadlines, audits, and other QMS-related work. - Dashboards and reporting: Get a clear view of progress, open tasks, and key activities. - Automations: Use reminders and automated notifications to reduce manual follow-up. - Flexible workflows: Adapt the solution to your company's processes and how your team works. Simpleday also provides onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Depending on the plan, this includes an initial training session, monthly consultations, and email support. There are two plans available: ISO 9001 Basic Plan For companies that already have, or plan to create, their own ISO 9001 documentation. The plan provides the monday.com solution and support needed to organize and manage the implementation process. ISO 9001 Complete Plan For companies starting their ISO 9001 implementation and looking for both the monday.com solution and the documentation needed to get started. This plan includes 76 ISO 9001 templates, instructional videos, and expert guidance. Both plans include implementation of the solution in the company's monday.com account and initial training. A 14-day free trial is also available upon request, so companies can explore the solution before deciding whether it is the right fit.
