The technology has worked with very little staff intervention for two years. The few times where we had issues, Iris was responsive and able to correct or intervene quickly. Students and staff seem to enjoy the quality of their pictures and we see them being used across their professional profiles now. **What do you dislike about Iris Booth?** We've had issues with the two ends of the spectrum of skin tone (very light or very dark). The booth also does not handle glasses very well (there is a glare), and many folks are not comfortable without their glasses on. **What problems is Iris Booth solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Iris, we were manually providing professional headshot services for students, or relying on contracted photographers. Both were time consuming or expensive. While the Iris Photobooth is definitely an investment from a cost perspective, we've dramatically scaled our headshot capacity. ### 3.
