IQ Builders Reviews & Product Details

IQ Builders is construction takeoff and estimating software that connects blueprint uploads to invoicing and payment tracking. Using AI, it automatically counts elements like doors, windows, and trim from PDF or image construction plans. Multi-page plans open in separate tabs, and scale setting is done by marking two reference points and entering the actual distance. Tools include linear, area, box, and count functions, with pan and zoom for precision. Measurements transfer into online-approvable quotes, creating a digital approval record. The invoicing system tracks payments and syncs with QuickBooks, while Stripe integration enables payment processing. Manager and vendor portals allow project tracking without showing pricing, and vendors can submit records independently. Features include progress billing, change order documentation with approvals, audit trails, and discrepancy flags between manager and vendor counts before payment approval.
