What do you like best about ipstack?

IPstack's API is easy to use, clearly documented and highly reliable. On the few occasions, we have required support it has been quick & helpful. Any outages or issues are identified on the status page however with >99.5% uptime we have not had to use it very often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ipstack?

The platform is missing a way to easily submit feedback on the accuracy of the results on the rare occasion there is a discrepancy, for example, the name of the ISP or location. Set it up once and we haven't really had any problems since. There was one IP address that it miscategorised the country for, but when we reached out the the team they were able to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, the IP addresses I have tested ipstack with has not been correct. For example, my location almost always shows up in another country. It is quite strange because I am on a network that is quite well established and do not provide service in the country I am told that I am located in by ipstack.
