Very disappointing experience.

Additional fees were charged to us and our subscription was automatically upgraded without our consent, even though the surcharge option was disabled in our account.

After a complaint, the company acknowledged the problem and issued a credit note of $281, but then refused to proceed with the refund.

To top it all off, they suspended our access to the API while our subscription was still active and paid, with remaining credits, simply because we opened a dispute. This is totally unacceptable.

This is not an isolated case: we also identified a previous charge of €526.35 under similar conditions.

This raises serious questions about their billing practices and reliability.

We are now forced to escalate this matter.

This is more related to the user, to the me. When I am in dashboard via mobile I unintentionally click on "refresh API button" so then I need to reset up my application then. 1. Support - we have reached their support and it was perfectly, fast and accurate. All questions were resolved, special documentation and agreements were approved and jointly completed.
