I like how it saves time by moving the break and lunch time. I also like how it forecasts and plans prep time and courses to be taken. Managers have fewer things to do as Intradeim takes care of all the exceptions. The team has been really helpful and gave us a lot of job aids that would assist advisors and leaders. What problems is Intradiem solving and how is that benefiting you?

One thing we were working on was a delay on Intradiem launch at the start of shifts so it could accommodate the internet connectivity handshake for auto-launch. After some deliberation and testing, it was approved and implemented successfully for associates: this greatly benefits every user, as to not worry that Intradiem it's not there during their shift.
