Intelex is very easy to use and customize. I have worked with it for almost a decade now as a system administrator. I have modified many of the applications to suit our business needs and have even developed several custom applications within Intelex as well. It is suprisingly easy to build, test and deploy changes and new modules altogether. The interface Intelex provides to allow the building/modifying of modules is very intuitive and GUI based, so very little syntax knowledge is necessary for implementation. This makes supporting the modules within the platform simple and efficient. In the rare occasion we cannot figure out how to build or correct something specific, the Intelex customer support team always seems to have the answer, though sometimes not too quickly. Our Instance is used by thousands of users every day. We also have Intelex integrated with multiple other business systems across our busines for syncronizing employee databases and managing customer complaints. As a programmer, I do wish sometimes I could have access to the database tools on the backend, but those are restricted to Intelex only, although I do understand why that is, since it could be rather destructive for an inexperienced user.
