From an end user's perspective, the number of clicks required for everyday tasks is quite high. Additionally, performance tends to be poor for non-admin users, especially when working with large views. These users frequently encounter timeout issues and are often forced to clear their cache and restart the process. Because it's so robust, there is a massive learning curve to figure out how to use all of it's features. Additional support to implement new features is an additional cost, and searching through the forums to find solutions can be burdensome. Intelex EHSQ can be frustrating to use as the mobile application does not completely mirror the desktop application. Many of our employees use the mobile application most of the time so when they cannot complete a task in the mobile application that can be easily completed on the desktop, this causes frustration.
