What do you like best about Integrately?

What stood out to me first was the onboarding. I signed up and then left it for a while, because I was unsure where to start and what I needed to have ready beforehand. A support tech reached out and offered to help, and from there I got excellent guidance through the entire process, all the way until the integration was up and running. What do you dislike about Integrately?

Integrately connected to our Circle community using Circle’s default Zapier token — labeled ‘Zapier’ in our dashboard — with no indication it was Integrately. This made it completely impossible to identify, monitor, or disconnect their integration. When we incurred $215.59 in API overage charges, we had no idea Integrately was the cause. It took a full engineering investigation by Circle’s team to confirm that 48,503 of 48,517 API requests came from Integrately via user-agent analysis. Circle declined to credit us and directed us to Integrately. Integrately’s support deflected responsibility entirely. We have been left with a $215.59 charge caused by an integration we didn’t know was running under a token we couldn’t identify or revoke. What do you like best about Integrately?

They have really great customer support. That's the thing I like the most. If I need help, there's always a swift and quick resonse and solution. Also, it has so many integrations and works very intuitive. What do you like best about Integrately?

What I love most is the simplicity compared to other systems I’ve tried and given up on! I had almost decided not to automate anything, but I stumbled upon Integrately by chance. I saw that I just had to mention the apps I needed—in my case, SureCart and Brevo—and Integrately creates the bridge between them instantly. It's so much more intuitive than the competition. The support was also amazing and helped me fix everything in minutes. I highly recommend it.

The customer support is truly incredible. Even though the app is easy to use, I had a very specific requirement that needed expert help, and I got it in no time. They stayed with me until everything worked perfectly. Unlike other platforms where you feel left alone, here you get real support. You're not just a number, you're truly backed up! What do you dislike about Integrately?

As a French user, the only minor issue is the quality of the translation. Like on many international platforms, some automatic translations can be a bit confusing and make certain features harder to understand. What do you like best about Integrately?

Beyond the technical capabilities of Integrately, I really enjoy the support, especially the help recently provided by Vivek. It can be quite technical to understand setting up things like API keys to automatically add new users to my third-party white-labeled software. What do you like best about Integrately?

I like that Integrately has an interface that's fairly easy to navigate, making it accessible for non-programmers with its dropdown menus and easily selected options. It really walks you through the possibilities of what can be accomplished. The customer service is very responsive, which adds to the overall positive experience. Its not overwhelming like some other similar technology. The support staff is extremely helpful and is always right there to walk you through.
