## Integrately Reviews
 ### 1. Excellent tool with great capabilities.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John L. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

In the UX and UI viewpoints, I like its versatility. I have used a lot of integration methods and a small learning curve and a simple user interface are not all of them. The production speed and consistency are amazing. New integrations are launched and current integrations are updated regularly. Users can also render and operate on requests and produce very quickly. The control panel is simple to use and different triggers / steps are available. I'm using Zapier and PieSync. When we consider it a new framework, I would say that integrally is solid. Visual use is best used as actions are activated.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Often, either in applications or in activations, they don't have what they're looking for. Although I may send requests, it is usually ignored if it is not common. This led me to more developed channels such as Zapier and Integromat because of the integral absence of stuff. However, the customer service is swift and very good, it can also be said. Support and developers will support you. They pass on the details to developers and follow you up on schedule if they have no knowledge of a problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

If you like to do a full feature evaluation to see if it satisfies the specifications. There could be some channels and causes / acts that you just don't need. See if workarounds are in place or if features are actually being created or contact your support board for your feature submission. Using the synchronization between two stages is very simple to configure, improves security and is incredibly useful.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Integrated to transfer the details from a Google sheet subscription and to CRM and an auto answering machine. PieSync has no SaaS and now I can synchronize data with integrated data. Another platform has been built by the team behind SaaS and it continues to operate. My biggest issue is the transfer of information between two contact lists: Sendinblue, and Moosend, respectively. Now it functions automatically in its entirety. This enhanced our productivity dramatically and strengthened our working power. The limit is practically infinity, you should be able to do it integrally if it happens to you.

 ### 2. The best integration platform.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet A. | Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integration is completely staggering with ease and simplicity. And it's really sexy and the user interface functions just. You pick what you want and you're linked already. We also send snippets to Google Sheets to support customer service calls. Over everything, you stick to the road map schedule aggressively and keep checking it weekly. The cheapest choice on the market is probably the best.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

With few integration methods, it still lags completely behind. I sincerely assume, however, that this tool will rapidly evolve and solve issues. Moreover, they keep adding other items to their integration database very easily. In addition I can't think of anything important about Integrally that we don't like. It's plain and uncomplicated. Even if you're automated new.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

This is suitable for automation newbies. If you are hesitant to look at Zapier, it's a great treat with a lovely interface and simple to use buttons to attach to something. The integration list is rising quickly. The cost to usage is considerably smaller than the market. Once you have an email scanner, I can reduce the expense of using one of its rivals more frequently than not by using Incorporated.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to set the tasks of automation. This system benefits me a great deal and in the future saves me time and money. I also encounter ventures where I have to connect to other third-party applications using the current customer's autoresponder or CRM. I would need to use the HTML type variant for link if the program is incompatible with what my client is using. This leads to major styling issues and calls for several additional CSS works that make all look fine. Services such as integration allow me to use internal type or page builders of other applications to enhance the styling possibilities, and then use Integrated to collect the submitted data and to transmit them where appropriate.

 ### 3. Decent Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

It is an excellent tool for the price. Their customer service is great. They will screen share with you if you are having an issue and walk you through everything step-by-step.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I do wish they integrated with a few more tools. If they truly want to compete with Zapier, they will need to get a few more tools integrated.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This saves us a lot of time by automating some processes for us.

 ### 4. Integrations that everyone can use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber C. | Founder / Front-End Developer, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The service is very new, although growing fast! Hopefully it will become a Zapier/Integromat alternative in the coming months and beyond.

The UI/UX is easy to navigate and use (would love to see sub-folders though). In addition they even have sub-account features for those that want to service clients, although IMO, the creation process for that still needs some work. I also really like the "Share Recipes" feature and, while there are still some enhancements I'd like to see to it, how fast they banged it out after it was requested was pretty stellar.

Their team is dedicated to the product and constantly working on feature enhancements and integrations which is awesome and I look forward to continually watching them grow. 👍

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Support
------
While typically very good, you can have times where you end up waiting extended periods for them to help you with possible integration issues, to the point where you end up having to follow up with them multiple times over the course of several days via their in-app chat. Not sure what's the best way to handle this as I know I'm not the only user that has experienced this problem. Maybe an email ticketing system that the end-user can reference vs. chat; especially if users have more than 1 issue they're trying to keep track of.

Integrations
------
Most of the integrations are fairly in-depth, but there are still some that are lacking so I'd like to see priority given to polishing up existing integrations over new ones (quality over quantity). That said, you can post enhancements to their integration board for their team to review.

It can be a bit confusing to decipher what a field mapping might be doing when you select it as there are no descriptions on them like you'd see in Zapier. For those of us that use Integration tools most of these will be straightforward but I could see this potentially causing a small stumbling block for those new to this space. So it would be nice to see these added down the line.

Recipe Sharing
------
The inability to disable sharing once you've created a share link. Would like to see this get a bit more fleshed out like Zapier potentially with an indicator that a workflow has been shared.

Formatting Data
------
When using the Modify Data option to format data (i.e Change the way a date is displayed), this apparently counts towards your task limit but there's no indication that this is the case. I only discovered this by talking with support. So having this indicated somewhere might be helpful.

Lack of Changelog
------
Changes are typically announced in their FB group, and I have started getting some emails about them, however it would be great to see this added to their website via and "Updates" blog of some kind that goes more in-depth about integrations and updates. Zapier does a blog and has email updates which is excellent, especially if I don't want my email getting clogged up, I can just browse changes on their site.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once everything is working as smooth as butter and they're fully launched, and once they add the Integrations I need, I'll be moving away from some of my higher cost paid subscriptions for a tool that does an equally good job at a fraction of the cost.

 ### 5. Finally, a Zapier alternative that changes the game.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylie G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The ease of use and set-up of integrations is the biggest drawcard for more. Zapier is overly complicated and I have spent many hours trying to get the simplest of zaps to work. But Integrately just worked out of the box. They have identified a need in the market place for something easier and more intuitive to use and they have delivered.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Not so much a dislike, but the amount of Apps they integrate with is still growing. However their speed of implementation is so impressive. New integrations are being added weekly and I have no doubt it to the level of Zapier in the very near future.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have come to turns that there is no "one tool" that does it all to the degree I need it to. So I have a number of tools that are "best of breed" for what they do - project management, CRM, sales, email marketing, payments, accounting - and Integrately is the glue that holds them all together. I have set up a number of automations that are streamlining my workflow and saving me many hours of manual and costly labour.

 ### 6. The Glue to Hold All My Tools Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian K. | Digital Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

I like how easy it is to set up an integration between two different tools and to pass information from one tool to another. It doesn't require any complicated coding or intricate steps. I like that all I have to do is select the tools from a list of apps and select what information I want to move from one tool to another. I also really appreciate the speed at which the Integrately team is adding new integrations. For being a new tool they are very responsive for new integrations or new elements to add to existing integrations.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

It can feel a little overwhelming when you start your first integration, but if you just follow the simple steps, this can make the overwhelm disappear.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Give it a try and you'll be amazed at how easy and simple it is to use.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm very grateful that I don't have to copy information from one tool and upload or paste it into another. I can spend less time moving data around can make decisions faster because all of the data is centralized.

 ### 7. Very promising and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rasmus Bernt K. | External Senior Management Consultant (Time Limited Assignment), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

I have followed the team behind ‘CompanyHub’ and now also ‘Integrately’ for a couple of years. I continue to be amazed about how innovative features they bring to their tools, and how committed they are to ensure quality in both products and customer support.
When they launched Integrately I picked it up ASAP without hesitation. The product is very promising, both when it comes to innovative features, but especially ‘ease of use’. I strongly believe the tool can challenge bigger players on the market feature wise and stand out as ‘one of a kind’ when it comes to ease of use.
I give both the product and the team behind my biggest recommendations!

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I can't think of any. It is obvious when a new product like Integrately is launching, they need time to deploy implementations. But here they rapidly come up to speed.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

If you want to replace Zapier or Integromat to save cost. I suggest you consider Integrately. You will get a product that is very easy to use, and with a great customer service

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations between 2 or more tools. This can now be done easier and faster than with any other tool

 ### 8. The Zapier alternative I've been waiting for

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The possibilities Integrately is opening up for my business to link the current software we use and also our own custom applications. I'm able to get much more value, while simplifying and automating our processes. Not having to write our own custom code to work with API's equates to real time savings and giving us more viable options to improve our business.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

While still fairly new, it doesn't currently have the number of integrations of competitors like Zapier. The speed at which they are adding new integrations and making improvements is impressive and makes me confident that this software is well managed and has a good development team.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a large stack of software was taking a lot of time to manually administer and meant certain software wasn't even being used. Integrately is allowing us to automate many processes and connect different software. It's saving us time, leading to a better customer experience and giving us the ability to make improvements much faster than before.

 ### 9. Thank God Integrately exists!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately is less expensive than Zapier and more intuitive than Integromat. They've positioned themsevles at a crucial crossroads in the market and they're doing a great job at filling the void there.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

My only "dislikes" are temporary inconveniences due to the platform's age. They're new and doing their best to catch up with established platforms like Zapier, Integromat, etc. Any perceived problems I've experienced are almost always resolved quickly and with plenty of attention, responsiveness, and insight from Integrately's support team.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Integrately has made a big splash very quickly. They're a reputable company with a great support team. They're growing rapidly and adding new integrations and improving existing ones daily.

If, like me, you find other automation platforms either expensive or unintuitive... I encourage you to give Integrately a shot. I think you'll be impressed.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a systems integrator I often have the need to pull together data from disparate systems and filter, format, calculate, and notify users in non-standard ways. Integrately allows me to do all these things in one convenient place. Plus... it lets me monitor, track, and replay automations as necessary.

 ### 10. Solid team with promising product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter K. | Co Founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

I really like the interface and the flow builder. The team is fast they creating intergrations really fast and support is good too. They listen to the community. I did not had the time to test various integrations but in the future I will definitively suggest it to my clients too :).

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

This is a new tool so there are some bugs and issues. The integration number is constantly evolving but they have work to do to catch up the big players like Zapier or Integromat. But I am confident because they deliver integrations based on community need. So everyone could find something what he needs if not add it as a feedback :).

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Go for it :). But first check the integrations and if it is already ready you can save money compared to Zapier.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate the tasks which previously required manual intervention. Time is money so if this can optimize for me an hour for a day its already worth it :)

 ### 11. A great Zapier replacement.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The ease of use setting up the connections with their own unique wizard which helps you to make the connections between services more easily.
They have been listening to their users' feedback and adding new services at a great rate. So a few dozen new services in the last few weeks. Most of them seem to be services that have been suggested by their userbase, and I think that this is a good sign. Go with what your users want, not what you think they want!
Also, the support has been good. In the few cases that I needed it, they were quick to respond and I got to where I needed from the answers.
The interface is different as well, you pick two apps right at the start of connecting and Integrately tries to suggest connections that typically might work. This is a real time saver. You can of course create your own in a way that's intuitive, but it's a nice touch and really helps to boost productivity.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Honestly, thus far, there's really not anything that I don't like. I know that this does not answer the questions, but it's true in my case.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Give it a try, it's certainly worth a look if you're a current Zapier user.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm most often trying to get data out of forms and into other services that can allow me to process that data. So WordPress forms to a CRM, that kind of thing.

 ### 12. Incredible Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tayshiro K. | Sócio proprietário e Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately is evolving in the right pace. Integrations being added weekly, no doubts left unanswered, great quality of development and a great support team really patient. Their purpose was to deliver an easy to use tool and its what I got.

Since the first day I was able to get integrations to work and whenever I found an issue it usually took only a few days to get it fixed.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

To do more advanced stuff, like using the API module, I need to study as this part is not intuitive as the rest of the app.

I miss a mobile APP (although they recently launched a mobile version)

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Test as much as you can, before jumping in. For me, as a non-techy user, Integrately solved my main problems as I can apply my logic without knowing a single programming line. You depend more on your logic (for now, as they are launching recipes ready for different use-cases) than having programming knowledge. So, test it. If it works for you, surely will be a great tool!

I'd say in the future Integrately might be more intuitive than Zapier and more flexible as well.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting different apps and syncing everything in one single place. Also, connecting apps and creating new solutions based on this.

My main pain point was to integrate everything with Google Sheets, and the Search action for Google Sheets inside Integrately is the most useful feature I can think of as this turns any google sheets in a useful "database".

 ### 13. Value-priced and feature-rich alternative to zapier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony V. | Senior Interagency Engagement Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Growth focus, lots of integrations. Company leadership/team and future focus. The team behind this has demonstrated success with a complementary product and Integrately dovetails in nicely to their offerings. The products work "hand in glove" together so each offering makes the other more valuable to a user.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

not necessarily a dislike, but an area to watch. Tools like this require buy-in and responsiveness to new apps that come on the market. The integrations offered today are impressive, but a continuously updated roadmap and commitment to future development will drive their success in the future. The team behind Integrately needs to be able to respond to customer questions such as "will you integrate with XYZ hot new app?" That is all.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pricing vs Zapier is a substantial savings. Connecting with platforms that do not natively integrate with each other. Saving time, saving development costs, saving money. I think the future will tell how all of this holds up, as integrately is new to market and time will tell how it staks up in terms of features, pricing, and perhaps most importantly, responsiveness to integration requests and new apps that come on the market.

 ### 14. Very promising Zapier alternative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ferdinand E. | 2D and 3D Character Animator \ Illustrator \ Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

A modern and reduced interface makes even complex integrations with if/else logic very easy to set up.

Webhook integration allows integrating services that don't have a native integration.

The developer listenes to suggestions and integration requests.

When they integrate something they offer as many triggers and actions as they can. Some competitors would offer one trigger and call it a day.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Sometimes support doesn't get back to you when they promised to do so, although most of the time they are very responsive and helpful.

As the platform is realtively young, it doesn't have as many integrations as other services.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Make a plan of your use cases and check if Integrately connects the services you use.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I connect my shop (Woocommmerce) and LMS (LearnDash) with my book-keeping (Plutio), e-mail marketing (Moosend) and webinar-platform (BigMarker). Automizing data transfer and input saves a lot of time and gives my clients a more fluent experience.

 ### 15. Very good support - quick and easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Easy to use integration program for everyone working with multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I don´t see the logic in some design elements but I don´t rate the meal by its look, more by its taste. And integrately tastes good!

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrately helps to connect hundreds of software solutions. Quick and easy.

 ### 16. Zapier is dead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander M. | Software Implementation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

More affordable, easier to use, your voice is heard and acted on when there is concern, support is right there (kind of like my shadow) questions become solutions and more potential use cases. I can go on. This is next level amazing 🤩

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Let's be real, nothing is perfect. Integrately is new and is adding new software integrations by the second. As of writing this I believe they have about 150. Last month they had less than 50. Give it a few months and they will not only have all the above which already makes them the leading integrations provider, but they will have more integrations than the competition as well.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My entire business process and workflow is connected by Integrately. They are the glue for my company providing automation at scale. They save me hours of time and open my eyes into things I didn't even think of doing with automation previously.

 ### 17. Ease of use and listens to users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

I like the support staff the company has, it is very reasonable and actually quite quick. I really appreciate the adding of new connections and triggers for services (especially API and webhook options). But I'd say the biggest thing I like is their willingness to integrate features needed by us users, some features seen in competitors and some not.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

This isn't too much of a dislike, but like anyone else, I'd like all the integrations I need in their system "yesterday". I'm confident that all the connections I will need will be in there, as I use mostly known SAAS software that they can connect with.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large spreadsheet (40,000 entries) that needs to be searched each time an order comes in and pull out a piece of data to add to our CRM. Integrately handles that. It keeps us from having to create a database and then trying to figure out a way to work with that. It works with what we are already doing.

 ### 18. Great Zapier Alternative, getting better all the time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori G. | Lead Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately has an extremely user friendly UI that allows me to set up automations quickly and easily. They are adding and improving new integrations almost daily.

It has pre-built integrations as well as a builder to do your own. It is easy to find the apps they have currently and to request new ones. They listen to the community and have been adding integrations according to user demand.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

They don't currently have all the apps I use for me to completely switch over from zapier, I am confident this will change soon. That is the only thing currently holding me back from using it for more tasks.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

If you are looking for a user friendly alternative to zapier with amazing support, give integrately a try.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a few nice integrations set up. I am able to verify my emails before adding them to my list, I am also able to add new items to my help desk and task manager automatically from gmail.

 ### 19. A powerful automation tool with zero coding!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filiberto F. | Engagement & Product Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

For all the non-techies out there, look no further, this is the real deal. They have a great amount of one-click automation scenarios between all kind of apps, and getting bigger and better by the day. And the reality is that this could be you Zapier replacement with a much lower price point. Obviously, is going to take time to deploy hundreds of application, but they are a big company with the sufficient tech support to do this!

The customer support is excellent, and they do listen to the users. Is becoming an essential tool in my business and is letting me do things that I've been not able to do before. Their automation process is very simple, which I truly believe it can be achieved by anyone (no coding or tech-savvy knowledge required).

Excited to see what de do in the near future!

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

There are a few things in the making that would be very beneficial for all the users, but since is a fairly new endeavor, with time all is going to be perfect. Really, no complains... it's just a matter of time

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a few scenarios with my ecommerce store that I've not been able to solved for a long time (related to payment gateways) and now I've seen the light! Integrately truly can make you develop automations to earn more money and it pays for itself!

 ### 20. Integrate SaaS and Automate Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinson L. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately is a tool that lets you automate workflows by connecting different cloud based applications. Not all SaaS have native integrations to the apps that you use. With the help of Integrately you can easily connect different SaaS as long as they have API or webhooks. Their tool has a user-friendly interface, you just search for the app that you want to connect, and follow the guide provided as they have created an easy-to-follow steps for each integrations so even non-tech-savvy will be able to start automating their workflows in just a few clicks. The team behind the company listen carefully to user feedback and suggestions, and they release regular updates on their platform. Overall, I'm very happy with this tool and you can always reach out to support anytime to request new app integrations and update existing integrations to add new triggers and actions.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

The fact that the company is still new, so it is normal to see bugs from time to time. But once you report this to their support, they will definitely fix the issues in no time. Integrately also needs to add more triggers and actions for each integration to cover different automation workflows, as users have different use case.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

It is a must have tool as it can greatly reduce the manual work for your business and once you have set up your automation recipe and want to use it for other business, you can simply duplicate these and login the credentials intended for that business.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating apps that doesn't have native integration with other apps that I used for my business. Using this tool, you can definitely save a lot of time when you have set a solid automation workflow for your business.

 ### 21. Switched to Integrately and really glad I did!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen S. | Trainer Coach & Consultant for Entrepreneurs & Small Businesses, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

I have used several automation software in the past, one of them being Zapier as well as some others, but have switched to Integrately since I discovered it.
Integrately is easy to use as it proposes Use cases directly, it is faster as well, and very reliable.
The list of Apps integrations has grown a lot as well since I started to use it. I even got some ideas of implementations with the use cases I have seen.
I love the interface as well, very logic and easy.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I haven't encountered any issue. If ever you do, they have a great support as well.
I had one app that didn't integrate with Integrately initially (I started to use it when it was all new) so I have suggested it in the dashboard and their team has been really reactive and developed it, as well of many others.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Making a good choice for automation software is important, Integrately have a great history of software development and they add a lot of valu to this space.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation. Efficiency. Reliability. Gain of time.

 ### 22. One of the secret weapons I use for my agency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael O. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

How easy it is to use compared to other competing products. You would think that using services like Zapier and Integromat would make it easier to connect different third-party software and services. Don't get me wrong it does, at least compared to trying to wade in and use open APIs. there is still a surprising level of difficulty involved. One of the things I really appreciate about Integrately is just how much easier it is to connect software and services seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

There are just two things that I wish were different concerning Integrately, and both of these issues will be addressed with time. The first is the number of integrations currently available (this is growing rapidly). The second is the lack of an email parser (currently under development). These two situations currently force me to use other services for some of the automations I need to create.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

The list of integrations is growing rapidly. The cost of use is much lower than the competition. Once they have an email parser I can reduce the use cost of one of their competitors by using Integrately more frequently.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often run across projects where I need to use a client's existing autoresponder or CRM to connect to another third-party software. If the software does not support what my client is using I need to use the HTML form version to make the connection. This causes huge issues with styling and causes me to have to do a lot of extra CSS work to make everything look right. Services like Integrately allow me to use the page builder or other software's internal form for better styling options and then use Integrately to collect the data submitted and use it pass the data along to where it is needed.

 ### 23. Reliable one-click automation software and save a lot my time as sole proprietorships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke L. | Custom T-Shirts , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The strong team, from the assistance team to the development group, is lovely. Most importantly, they aggressively deliver as their road map plan and keep giving weekly updates. Integrately.com definitely will come to be the top choice in a market.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Compared to their alternate tool, "Zapier," integretely.com still behind with not much integration tool. However, this is recent when I wrote this review, i strongly believe this tool will grow fast and fix any issues quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

RSS is one crucial part for me to automatically post my main website content to another blog/media social platform, i strongly suggest that the development team will add this feature soon with the blog platform such as blogger.com, medium.com, wordpress.org, etc.

besides that, direct post to an Instagram will bring integrately.com to a lead in the market as a lot of demand looking at this feature.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me as sole proprietorship sets automation trigger tasks. This device assists me with a lot and saves time and money in the future.

 ### 24. My Zapier Alternative and LOVING IT!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ferdinand M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The ease and simplicity of integrately is absolutely amazing. And the UI is very sexy. With Zapier it can be a little confusing but with Integrately, it just works. You select what you want to connect and BAM it's connected. There are other options to customize the integrations but we really really like the way we can integrate woocommerce and what happens after each order. We also send bits and pieces of each order to a google sheet that helps with our customer service calls. We are happy we went with Integrately and we even more happy of our reduced costs that previously went to Zapier. Granted Zapier is awesome but it can get really expensive. Integrately isn't like that all and is extremely affordable.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I'm still waiting for a few options on how bring in certain amounts from orders and then send them to another property with bringing in the cost associated with the first cart and having it register on the second platform. I don't necessarily think this has to do with Integrately though. We are still trying to figure it out. Really giving this some thought, I can't think of one major thing we don't like in regards to using Integrately. It really is simple and straight forward. Even if you are new to automation.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

This is perfect for newbies to automation. If you are freaked out looking at Zapier this will be a wonderful surprise with a beautiful interface and really easy to use buttons to connect what you like. Plus you just type in what you want to integrate and it populates what you need. Very slick.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Woocomerce sales and integrating it with our customer service calls. We used to used Zapier for all of this.

 ### 25. It has been quite practical for me to integrate with my website in a secure way,

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariannys G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Its interface turns out to be quite easy and intuitive when navigating through it, the fact that it allows me to integrate with a large number of applications in such an easy and simple way is perfect for me to perform my tasks in a fairly fast way, The customer service team is quite fast when responding to any questions or problems that may arise during the use of this application in a fairly efficient way and that really solves our problem in an impressive way, performing the initial configurations To be able to use this platform without any problem it is also quite a walk, in fact I can do all this almost with my eyes closed, something really impressive if you want to know my opinion.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

None, so far I have not experienced any problems with the application, although of course, we have to bear in mind that I am just starting to use it (I have a little less than a month) so I have not yet used it thoroughly enough to determine if it has a fault or something similar.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been quite practical for me to integrate with my website in a safe, easy and fast way without presenting any type of problem, in my opinion it turns out to be the best application of this type to carry out integrations of external applications with our website However, I invite you to try it so that you can judge it for yourself.

 ### 26. Very easy to use and at the same time really powerful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel N. | Freelancing System Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

How easy it is to use. Even though I'm a senior developer I don't like to fiddle around with services with bad UI/UX and do a lot of trial and error to make something work. Integrately is so easy I'm positive almost every can just jump in and use straight away.

Another nice thing is that the number of possible integrations (apps) are increasing very fast. It really feels that the team listen to us users regarding which apps to add.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

There are still some apps missing that I would love to be able to use. As I'm from Sweden there are some popular services here that I would love to see available, but at the same time I understand that as Sweden is a pretty small country that would probably take some time.

The UI/UX is, as I wrote as a pro, really easy to use. However, I think it can be a bit hard to get a good overview of all apps available. I really whish there were categories and filters so it would be easier to find possible apps to integrate.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The thing I use the most is kind of a client portal where my clients can send various questions and bug reports. Based on what they choose different people gets the message as well as the client gets an automatic email suggesting solutions while they wait for my team to respond.

Another thing is to push data to some Wordpress sites.

 ### 27. Easiest platform for integration your SAAS apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Paul F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

This is so easy to use - as a way of knitting together your favourite applications without having a degree in software engineering! What is especially impressive, is the user experience - and the range of applications that are being added daily.

The customer service from the team at Integrately is one of the most helpful I have ever seen.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

None - switch from your existing provider and make the savings of your time and money - now! You won't regret this decision.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Purchase this - you won't regret it. It's simplicity, easy to use UI, and range of integrations and platform stability makes this an essential purchase for a small or medium sized business that wan'ts to make impact fast in knitting together your software stack.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is powering the backbone of my small business, helping the sales pipeline apps speak to each other and my mailing list - amazing.

 ### 28. Great Zapier alternative with lots of potential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yos W. | Web Optimisation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

I heard Integrately in a FB group and looking at the comments, it got me hooked. I investigated further and went ahead with the purchase.
The creator is super responsive and there have been many new integrations released from the day I purchased.

Popular apps such as Gmail, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Stripe, Quickbooks Online, Google Sheets, ActiveCampaign, etc are there.

You can even find those not so obvious ones like Nusii, Moosend, Boost, Clearout, etc.

The great things are, we can request or give feedback to the creators and they are very accomodating and can implement the requirements pretty quickly. I am super pleased with the team behind Integrately

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

As Integrately is pretty new, it doesn't have as many integrated apps as Zapier. However, it's quite understandable. There are lots of potential and the fact that we can request integrations with new apps to the creator, it's a big plus. Can't wait how many more apps it will add to the list by 2021!

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously Automation is something we require and Integrately, with its beautiful UI, helps me realise there are many automations that can be done from existing apps we use daily.

 ### 29. Super easy automation platform that's growing fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umashankar A. | Umashankar, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Using zapier for automation for years. Integrately makes the automation very easy. The way it works with choosing apps first to integrate really a novice can easily go through. Their UI is great to the details without technical jargon which is quite intimidating at other competitors. As majority of the SaaS is having webhook integration now a days. It has got webhooks by which you can automate any software apart from native integrations.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

At the moment few apps are integrated, still use zapier for some apps or integrations but, they are working and continuously releasing new integrations and responsive over FB group and are listening to integration requests

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

It's a nice automation platform to consider as an alternative to zapier. At the moment it's integrating with fewer apps but, constantly growing with integrations, clean UI and no tech jargon that makes setting up automation life bit easier to use.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation gives benefit of time / money. Integrately being alternative to zapier solving automation for biz and personal and saving money comparing other platforms

 ### 30. Integrately have been an absolute joy integrate with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Since I've been using Integrately the team have been developed a large number of quality in depth API based automations. They've also reworked their mobile platform, developed countless user improvements based on feedback and kept in constant contact with their clients. They communicate about both successes and more importantly issues they face so everyone stays in the loop.

Integrately has become a great fit for my business and as time goes on I'll be able to discover more uses for automation. Their recipe feature really helps with this as it gives the ability to drag and drop ready made automations and share them with others.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

As a new development Integrately haven't built their communication channels yet it seems. They currently rely on Facebook and Upvoty for most of their announcements and feedback. I'm sure in time this will change but it's not the most practical system.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

For it's young age Integrately shows a lot of potential and I've seen major development in the time I've been using it. Don't expect to find every feature of the big automators yet, but get involved with giving feedback and in time this could be a real contender.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using the platform to pull leads from forms into a CRM removing manual processes. As Integrately develops so does my lead system for both myself and for clients.

 ### 31. Great tool to connect SAAS products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. | SLB Fan, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

They are bringing on more integrations at a pretty good clip. The tool is fairly easy to use. I think this is a great alternative to Zapier.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Right now they don't have integrations for a few of my key platforms, such as CRM.me, Kashoo and Textnock. They don't have as many integrations as Zapier but as long as they have the one's pertinent to you it doesn't matter. While they do have some of my SAAS products, really wish they would develop integrations for my CRM and Accounting pieces (CRM.ME & Kashoo).

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Definitely worth a look, great way to connect your suite of apps to support your business.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While it's tempting to rely on an all-in-one solution for running a business, the downside to that streamlined approached is you have all of your eggs in one basket. If that platform goes down or out of business, you have to replace your whole process stack. By utilizing different SAAS products to address each piece of your business, it is more sustainable as each segment is separate so you can isolate risk. The challenge is to make all those disparate pieces work together. This is where a tool like Integrately comes in and ties all these pieces together to give you the benefits of and all-in-one platform without the downside risk.

 ### 32. Massive list of integrations. Highly user-centric

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Solves integration gaps of Zappier and Integromat. Bridges my big pile of apps purchased on lifetime deals. Integrately team also makes sure that most upvoted features are implemented speedily. Customer support is quick and on-point in their answers as well.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Some integrations need constant updating especially when connected apps get their respective updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Get an Integrately account while it's early or as soon as you can. Then join the Integrately community to learn how you can integrate your software stack and save time and money while doing it.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have bought a lot of lifetime deals in the past and I also change the software I use whenever I spot something better. And most digital marketing practitioners do this as well. Integrately empowers me to use my software stack as a single system while also allowing me to change any part of it that may need changing. I have changed between CRMs, course publishing software, etc. confident that Integrately has or will have the integrations I would need along the way.

I'll definitely use it in full as soon as I get my website revamped.

 ### 33. Great integration software (Albeit earlier days)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** The P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately has a slick userface and surprisingly easy (yet powerful) features for triggering and modifying integrations. I had previously been familiar with another alternative called Pabbly connect and kept banging my head against the need to use JSON. Integrately makes it much more user friendly for a non-tech person like me! I also love the speed of development (in the last month alone I've been able to tick off four more services from my tech stack).

Support is friendly and professional (and generally quick) but see my caveat comments below. On a plus plus plus note, the founder once resolved something for me on the early am of a Sunday morning because there were no support staff available.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

The support guys are super likable - but use a slightly awkward mix of chat software (gist) and project management (trello or asana I think) to track tickets. This means that they often forget to get back to you to update you on the ticket status (although usually can grab the answer super quickly if you prompt them). Longer term I think they would be better off with a dedicated support system.

We've seen some initial glitches on some of our automations - but I think these just reflect the fact it is very early days (just after launch). I am supremely confident they are ironing this out.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Well worth the investment. It's a great team and will only get better

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for relatively simple automations but it is a huge timesaver. For instance we use google sheets to manage orders in some of our side orders. In 30 minutes I was able to automate all the email and sms reminders we had been sending out manually (triggered by copying new rows in sheets)

 ### 34. Integrately... Integrate all your apps effortlessly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach K. | Assistant Manager (Digital Media), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

There are no lack of such Zaiper alternatives in the market - Integromat or Pabbly Connect. Though I've yet to use Pabbly Connect however comparing Integromat and Zaiper, Integrately lives up to its name when they say they make integrating your apps effortless. Unlike its competitors integrating the apps require only a few clicks and straightforward. One need not be tech savvy to use Integrately, which is the main USP and selling point of Integrately.

Aside from API integrations, Integrately also allows web hooks that make transfer of data across different apps instantaneous!

Also, the team is rolling out integrations at an amazing rate! The team is very customer focused. So far, I've my questions answered in a matter of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Nothing much, really. If I have to choose, it would be the number of app integrations available. Having said so, we expect it for a relatively new app in the space. What's important is the team listens & prioritize the app integrations according to the needs of their customers. That to me is more important. There's little use in having many app integrations but there's only a handful that you use.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Many competitors sell on the fact that they have the "most number of integrations". However, the number of integrations don't matter if the automation tasks are stable and consistent or the integration list doesn't increase. For automations, quality always comes before quantity. Automation reliability should be key when it comes to evaluating automation software like Integrately.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One word - automation!

Integrately makes automations of any task easy and hassle-free. As a modern marketer and business owner, I have to use myriad apps for managing my digital campaigns, communicating with clients, customer onboarding and more. Getting those different apps to "talk" to another is pain in the ass. I've been using Zaiper for a long time to scratch this itch of my. Though popular, Zaiper is expensive, the cost grows exponentially with the increasing number of zaps. With Integrately, I can bring down my automation cost and hopefully, as Integrately continues to mature, to migrate my automations from Zaiper over to Integrately!

 ### 35. Forget about CSV. Amazing zapier alternative for saving time.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ale R. | Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The ability to join data using app with both APIs and Webhooks. Easy to use, set and forget. Seem very robut and love the ui. trully you can save a employee for this work. Customer support is really good.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

They need to add more integrations, they dont have so many like zapier, and have some bug in the ui. Also they need to improve the filters and other services like traslation or shorten links, but overall is very robuts. I hope they integrate more payment gateway like mercadopago. They focus too much on bussiness app for leads they need to focus more in gateway payments, ecomm and marketing.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

They need to add more apps and services like mercadopago, deepl, hotmark and other

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it mostly on ecomm, for connecting data from several services and customers. Automating your data, report or process save alot of time on updating manual data, before we use CSV now. You make an integration and connecting different apps and syncing your data from one app to other, or even for reports. The core benefits: save time, avoid repetitive task and save money.

 ### 36. Finally an intuitive and business minded integration approach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Marketing and technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The platform starts with the business goal in mind: what are you trying to accomplish. It's clearly targeted at business users who want to get a job done; simplify your life by automating something, sharing data, triggering a follow up etc. It's not just about having a connection in some shape or form for the sake of being connected, but what can be accomplished with the connection, and how it facilitates the flow of business data. As a startup it may not be perfect yet and have all answers, but the whole approach is to see how and why users are connecting certain platforms to improve that connection and accelerate and facilitate the exchange. Setting up an import from a contact form to a CRM platform is as easy as 1,2,3. If you compare that to a Zapier setup it's like night and day, meaning much easier.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

It's a new kid on the block, so for someone with an exciting setup of multiple connections and an established workflow it may not have all the answers yet, and not all platforms might be covered yet. I have been impressed with the speed of execution so far and the amount of connections added. The basics for starting my business are almost 100% covered already. However, some other software tools I use that don't have their own API and just offer a Zapier connection for the time being might not be accessible through this platform anytime soon. That's not Integrately's fault though, so I may either have to be patient or switch the other scheduling tool (BLAB, you hear me? You need an API or web hook). The existing knowledge base and help videos may not be as expansive as with other platforms yet.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using multiple SaaS tools and a Wordpress site and not all of the tools are able to communicate by default, meaning they don't have native integration. Integrately can bridge that for me and make it happen. When the information flow is automated the communication speed is improved and follow ups can be triggered and leads engaged which will hopefully improve the conversion rate and make my life easier.

 ### 37. Great arsenal of integrations backed by an amazing team of devs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mina S. | Founder/Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

They listen to their early adopters. During the first launch I asked for a POST intergration for their announced webhooks. A few deays later they released the promised webhooks integration and a few weeks later they released the integration I asked "POST". I have seen so many startups who give tons of promises to get the initial seed but I knew this launch is different. They simply deliver. They fulfilled almost everything they promised us with and they keep adding value to the platform that made me regret not stacking to the max.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I can't think of a single thing that I dislike. So far Integrately has been nothing but a joeyful ride. This was easily the best LTD I purchased in the last two years.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Take advantage of this great software while it's still fairly new. It's like getting a chance to buy bitcoin when it was worth $9 when you know it will jump to $16,000 in the future. I am from the future and I can tell Integrately is going places!

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrately plays a huge rule when it comes to my social proof software. My social proof software requires a POST action to be sent everytime a subscriber subscribes to my newsletter. Integrately uses webhooks to sync the subscriber count from my newsletter platform mailchimp to my socialproof fomoink.

 ### 38. A Zapier-alternative appears!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The UI and UX is great - everything feels like it should when you 'click' something you don't have that 'did it really save that?' feeling.

The current integrations are great, work fast and I love how easy it is to set up new integrations as needed.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I would say 'not enough integrations' but the pace these guys are adding new integrations at, this won't be an issue soon :)

I'd like to see an overall history view on my account too - instead of diving into each automation, but I may have missed it!

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Look at all the apps they integrate with - if you don't find yours listed, contact them!

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation is king to maximising your profits in business, the more things you can automate, the more you can achieve.

Now, putting these into practice is another story - but just spend a while in their dashboard, look at the apps they integrate with and take a look at some of the example automations you can complete. You should be able to save yourself at least the cost of your subscription in the first week!

 ### 39. Finally I can automate tasks and connect my saas applications with each other

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately supports the (absolutely necessary) applications for my coaching/training business and it makes everything work seamlessly without headaches. Before I had to hand-code API scripts to make my apps talk with each other and I was in constant fear of updates or crashes.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

For some applications I wish there were more actions/triggers, but I'm ok with whats live right now. The support team and technical team are responsive so I will be asking for new action/triggers when I need something specific.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

I highly recommend Integrately if you want to connect and automate your apps. Make sure that the apps you use are currently supported by Integrately or that they support integrations via webhooks, as Integrately both does native integration support and by webhooks where available.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I connect my Coassemble LMS system with my Influencersoft (CRM/Funnel System). Finally, I'm able to perform automations like, when a student completes a Coassemble module in my training courses, I add them automatically to a corresponding group in my Influencersoft system. Works great, seamlessly and without hassle to setup. No custom API codes, no worrying.

 ### 40. Automations made easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

I love the ease at which automations can be created and implemented. Being able to create automations within Integrately has saved me a ton of time! Once I created my connections, it took only a few clicks to create my own custom automations.

I also love the number of integrations that Integrately currently has... and the list continues to grow!

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

So far I like everything about Integrately. When I thought an integration was missing, the Integrately team has continued to add more and more each week. It's been amazing to watch the speed and responsiveness of the development team to user requests.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

I highly recommend Integrately to anyone looking for automation software! The ease of use, excellent tech support and the current (and growing) number of integrations, make Integrately an excellent choice for those looking to save time and money through the use of software automation.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ability to create automations between so many of the software and tools that I use is not only a game charger but a huge time saver as well. It's great knowing that all I need to do is set up my desired actions once... and then Integrately does all of the work for me in the background. Again, this has saved me a lot of time.

 ### 41. Stunned at how easy this was...

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

This tool is so well thought out and implemented that I literally got my first integration up and running within 3 minutes of logging in. The UX is geared towards making it easy-peasy for anyone to do something productive. No coding needed, no complicated terms I don't understand. It works.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I would like the tracing to be a little better for debugging, but then again, that kind of flies in the face of being easy to use. If you have that kind of problem, they encourage you to contact support. And support.. is.. awesome. They are quick, know their stuff and really will help you with anything.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

If you don't want to putz around in code and webhooks and JSON and such.. get this.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A couple of specific things that I accomplished right of the bat:
(1) I got a integration working that I hadn't been able to accomplish on my own until that point.
(2) Looking through the list of tool Integrately works with, I came up with a couple of other productive integrations I was able to implement.
(3) When my lead capture tool (in production) was suddenly losing my leads due to a misconfiguration, I whipped up an integration to capture incoming leads into a Google Sheet until we could fix our problem.

 ### 42. Awesome alternative to Zapier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sa'Rai T. | Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately is much easier to use versus Zapier. I am also loving that it is currently much more affordable as well.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

I have found nothing I dislike about it so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Integrately will be the next big Zapier competition, so I say get familiar with them and jump on early before the price goes up.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am automating my workflows and task between multiple programs with Integrately. I automate task between my CRM, my Forms builder, project managers, social media and more.

Integrately already has integrations with lots of popular tools. They are adding more each day. I always new I needed a tool like this, but every time I tried Zapier, not only was it confusing for me to use, it seems like the cost would rise up pretty quickly if I had started to use if for every single thing I need to use it for.

Integrately is a really nice alternative. I am saving massive time so that I can have more time for my business and for spending with my family.

 ### 43. Really great feature set which is expanding daily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phill D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

There is a huge list of integrations, and the list is expanding very quickly. Creating Integrations is pretty simple to set up and get going. I like the information and the way it takes you through the setup.

The team are working very closely with their user community to ensure they have not only delivered a great product, but they are continuing to evolve in line with real needs.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Some of the UX is slightly less intuitive than some of the other tools I have used in the space, it is certainly getting there with functionality but just not quite up there with the best tools of yet

Some of the integrations are for more nuanced tools rather than the big players, like Twitter for examples. I know they will come along in time but for now there are a few tools which are on their waiting or planned list that I am looking forward to getting my hands on.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business needs automation and it needs the right tools to connect the myriads of SaaS products which now have fantastic API support. I am able to deliver a lot more business value through the right connections than I could if I coded all of the integrations myself

 ### 44. Excited about integrately, pleasure to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Comunify: a community based digital agency to create scalable, sustainable & profitable communities, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The simplicity of the UI and automation setup itself. It their competition hands down for that, especially integromat which is so complicated in comparison.
Their online chat staff is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

Some of their pending automations seem to be taking a while to update, maybe they are growing quickly but it would be good to have a clearer roadmap to manage expectations.
Their backend staff appear to take much longer to answer quieres than the expectation set by the front online staff.
I think with time and the right growth strategy, they will be a great contender.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

It appears they have a good sense of what automations are needed in the market and are open to suggestions for new one, so could be a good partner for any business which is finding other automation services not working fully for them.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving varied automations with some of the integrated servcies like Amelia booking calendar to add data in google sheets and setup webinars.
I like that they have some unique automations live and in the pipeline.

 ### 45. Promising tool to compete with Zapier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sng P. | Architectural Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

- Clean interface
- Speed of development
- Focusing on including more features
- Willing to listen to users
- Has a great vision to eventually become the market leader in this area

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

- Hope that some of the tools that I am currently using, such as Metorik, Microsoft To-do will be added soon!
- Also looking forward to more development focusing on depth and details - so that we can look into the intricacies of creating recipes that make our business workflow smoother and more efficient.
- I hope to see more user case studies and perhaps more sharing on how to maximise Integrately to its fullest potential.
- Also hope there can be a 'sync' feature that can update past data between 2 tools anytime.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Do have a look at the current list of integrated software and whether the softwares are what you are using currently.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Cutting down time that will otherwise be spent on mundane administrative matters.
- If I can save time on such admin work, I can better focus on activities that bring in the dough and grow my business more.

 ### 46. Cost Effective Alternative to Zapier, Constantly Update with New Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Souriya P. | CEO/Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately is a startup, but very active and constantly update with new integration, I have been received update every once or twice a month with new integrations. This kind of activeness showing Integrately is serious with the business and will not run away with my money like many startup. As I have faced many times that startup company that i invest in just not active and gone in 1-2 years time, so this point is very important to me and Integrately show me that they are serious, active and make the product better and better each month which make me very happy.

Integrately responding to clients request so well, any integration requests that were up voted will be developed in just a month or two. I remember I need Integrately to integrate with ThriveCart so we requested and some clients up voted this integration and wow after a month Integrately-to-ThriveCart integration is available.

Integrately is also user friendly and quite easy to use. I am familiar with Zapier and have technical background, I have no problem to get Integrately working without minimal reading the tutorial. But may be someone who is not technical may find some challenge.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

New integrations are developed and available every single week, but the number of triggers for each integration are still limited. But this is not entirely Integrately false, I believe more and more triggers will be added to each integration as time goes and when there are demand for more triggers.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

If you are looking for Zapier alternative, do give Integrately a try, it easy to use and the team be hide Integrately is very active and constantly making Integrately better week by week.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrately save me a lot of expense. As i am a Life Time Deal client, I currently get full benefit of Integrately, I am using it as my primary integration tools, whenever integration that i need is available on Integrately, I will use it instead of Zapier, I only go for Zapier for integration that is not available on Integrately.

 ### 47. Simple yet powerful integration tool to maximize your tech stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Huey C. | Partner - Consulting and Organisational Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

Integrately is very easy to use. I was able to quickly set up integrations to facilitate payments for my upcoming webinars. The team at Integrately are also responsive and have consistently adding new integrations on a weekly basis. Already I have integrations for the major SaaS that I use. We can also use on our mobile devices. The platform also encourages me to experiment with integrations and I can develop templates or recipes as Integrately calls them to share with other users even my clients. Game changer!

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

There’s not much to dislike about Integrately. It’s a new kid on the block so the number of integrations may be less than other key competitors but they are growing weekly. We would also benefit from having examples and case studies that we can emulate and incorporate in our workflows.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Signup for a trial run to determine if it meets your needs. Integrately will get better with time.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrately helps me to effectively leverage the various tools I use by putting them in a bigger, connected workflow. E.g. My form software can now capture paid registrations that are then added to my webinar platform seamlessly especially when I don’t want the webinar software to handle payments.

 ### 48. It's growing - Glad I got on board

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The process of setting up an integration is easily and quick. You simply select the applications that you want to work together, and off it goes. I also appreciate that you can use the integration platform on your mobile device, which several other platforms haven't catered to.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

The amount of applications is low. It takes that team time to build each application, and if they don't have the exact application that you need, you may be struggling to utilize the program. It is my recommendation to get the program for what it has to offer (ie application) rather than what it will offer in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

It is recommended to purchase this software only when you know that the applications that you would like to work together are already a part of the integrately set up. If that is the case, they should work seamlessly.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I am utilizing Integrately to automate the processes from one application to another. Often applications don't natively integrate with others, so I use Integrately to move data.

 ### 49. Responsive team making my life easier as they grow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily C. | Web Whiz, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

I love that Integrately has so many of the sites I use every day. The team is focused on making the current integrations even better, as well as adding new integrations that users vote as important. I am looking forward to using this more and more as they grow.

Integrately has been responsive to user feedback and has an active conversation with their community.

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

The only downside is that it takes time to grow. I have every confidence that this will be my favorite tool in due time.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Go through the current integrations as well as requested integrations to see that what you need is there or likely will be there soon.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was having trouble figuring out one of the integrations because I was making it way more complicated than was necessary. They were patient in helping me figure it out and eventually I realized my mistake and things worked beautifully. The biggest benefit so far has been that I can connect two apps to make my workflow that much easier. This will get better over time as I dream up new ways of connecting my apps.

 ### 50. Amazing tool for non techie who wants to save time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walter M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Integrately?**

The tool is excellent for those who don't know much about technology! As a digital entrepreneur, it is critical to find alternatives that allows me to stop loosing time and focus on what really matters. Integrately allows me to do just that! I can connect my tools very easily (some of which that I didn't even know it was possible to connect), in a few steps! And the best part is that they are adding new apps and tools every week! I definitely recommend it !!

**What do you dislike about Integrately?**

As a new tool, it doesn't have as many integrations as its biggest competitors. For this reason, some of the tools I have still cannot be integrated. However, the speed with which they have added new tools is really great, and I believe that in a short time it will no longer be a problem!

**Recommendations to others considering Integrately:**

Since it is a new tool, check first if the softwares that you run your business with are already working with Integrately.

**What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem I was able to solve was transferring data from one tool to another quickly and simply, without having to hire an employee to do it manually. Since I use lesser-known (and cheaper) tools, they generally don't have many native integrations. So, I had a big problem to transfer the data (even because the other existing alternative tools are very expensive). With integrately, this is no longer a problem, as I can integrate the tools directly there! I save time and money!!
