"Keeping Customer Workflows Better Connected"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

It helps me keep customer information, follow-ups, opportunities, and ongoing activities organized in one place. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. My work involves handling consultation enquiries, wellness program discussions, follow-up communication, and educational outreach activities, so having everything connected inside one system is very useful. What I like most about Insightly CRM is that contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, and project-related activities stay linked together. When I receive a new enquiry, I can track the contact, manage follow-ups, schedule activities, and continue organizing related work without losing information between different records. This makes daily CRM work more structured. I regularly use contact management, lead tracking, opportunity management, task management, calendar activities, and reporting features. These help me organize consultation enquiries, monitor follow-up progress, schedule discussions, and keep track of ongoing communication. Having activity history available alongside customer records makes it easier to review previous interactions before the next follow-up.

Another thing I find useful is the way projects and tasks can be managed within the same platform. For health education initiatives and ongoing wellness programs, I can keep activities, deadlines, and related records organized without switching between multiple systems. The system is easy to understand, implementation for everyday use was straightforward, and performance has been smooth during regular work. Moving between contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, and projects feels responsive, even when managing multiple records. The available integrations and workflow features also help keep information connected and reduce manual tracking work. Overall, Insightly provides a good balance of CRM, activity management, project tracking, and organization tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

I like how contacts, opportunities, and projects can be connected together, but sometimes maintaining those relationships requires a little extra setup when records become more detailed. It works well once everything is organized, although the initial record structure can take some time to maintain consistently. For larger workflows this makes sense, but for smaller day to day activities it occasionally feels more detailed than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales and Task Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I use Insightly CRM to manage customer details and track sales leads, and it helps me organize tasks, follow up with clients, and monitor projects easily. The platform is simple to use and keeps all my business information in one place. I especially like the user-friendly interface and the straightforward contact management features. The task tracking and project management tools help me stay organized every day.

I also like the email integration because it saves time and improves communication. The interface makes it quick to manage tasks without needing much training, and the contact management feature keeps customer details organized and easy to access anytime. Email integration also saves time by tracking conversations automatically and supporting better follow-ups with clients.

The initial setup of Insightly CRM was very easy, and a free trial is available without a credit card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Sometimes the platform feels slow when handling large amounts of data. Some advanced features can be confusing for new users at first. The mobile app could be improved with better speed and more functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient CRM with Strong Reporting and Bulk Editing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

The features I use most and find the most valuable are bulk editing and reporting. The bulk editing function saves me a significant amount of time by allowing me to update multiple records at once instead of making changes individually. I also really like the drag‑and‑drop functionality when creating reports, which makes it quick and easy to customize the columns I want to include. An added benefit is how intuitive the platform is overall—the site is easy to navigate across different pages, which helps streamline my daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

One issue I’ve experienced with Insightly CRM is that when creating reports, filters don’t always work as expected. Even after applying a filter to exclude certain data, those records sometimes still appear in the report. Additionally, Insightly Marketing cannot link email campaigns directly to contacts in Insightly CRM, which makes it more difficult to track engagement and campaign impact at the contact level. "Simple, Clean CRM That Keeps Sales Pipelines Organised"
4/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

What I like best about Insightly CRM is how simple and easy it is to use. The UI is clean and straightforward, so it’s easy to keep track of records and client interactions without things feeling too complicated. The email reminders are also really helpful for staying on top of follow-ups and making sure nothing gets missed. I also like the Leads and Opportunities features, as they make it much easier to manage the sales pipeline and keep deals organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

One downside of Insightly CRM is that email reminders can sometimes be missed, which can affect follow-ups. It would also be useful to have better AI integration, such as automatically appending meeting notes or email summaries to client records to save time and improve record keeping. The Leads feature could be better suited to our sales process, as it would work more effectively if it were based around companies rather than individual names. Additionally, duplicate records could be managed better, as it can sometimes be difficult to spot and remove them efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Intuitive CRM That Scales with Your Sales Process"
5/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

It's flexible. You can set up multiple sales pipelines and stages and move sales opportunities between them as they progress. Drag and drop, group edits and filters reduce the amount of time to add and maintain information. It can grow with you. As you learn more of the systems capabilities, it's easy to add them to your CRM process. Onboarding new employees and training them on the system is quick because it's intuitive. It's also cost effective, and we can show results in a meaningful way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Although you can run it from a phone, the screen is crowded, and it's challenging to do more than record meeting notes via voice to text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless CRM with Robust Capabilities"
5/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I use Insightly CRM to manage my customer relationships, track sales and opportunities, and keep all customer information in one place. I appreciate how it helps by keeping customer data, sales activities, and follow-ups organized, which makes it easy to track. What I like most is how easy it is to manage customers, track sales, and check progress in a single dashboard. It was also easy to set up, and we were able to get started with less training. Additionally, using it with Google Workspace and email tools keeps communication and customer information synced. We switched from spreadsheets and basic CRM because Insightly offered better features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Some advanced features can take a little time to learn, and reporting options could be more customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support, but the CRM Has Stagnated with Few Meaningful Improvements"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I really liked the features and how easy the product was to use. The level of support was also amazing—in our case, we had a dedicated CSM who was consistently responsive and always willing to help us throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

It was great for the first couple of years, but after that we started noticing the company shifting its efforts to other products that didn’t necessarily work for our needs. Meanwhile, the CRM product seemed to remain stagnant, with few new updates and not many helpful improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Project Management with Insightly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I like that it's very easy to manage projects in Insightly CRM and add tasks, and keep track of them. Being a team manager, it's a lot easier when the project is added to Insightly, and we already have a predetermined list of tasks for each project. Setting up the project is user-friendly, and it ensures that staff completes all their tasks. The ability to report to my managers the percentage of projects that we are completing and the timing is very valuable as well. The initial setup on the site link was very easy. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

It seems like at certain times, I don't know if the system is updating. The interface will change and sometimes certain aspects won't be available. Reports won't be available or the size of the font will randomly increase, making it hard to see everything on the screen, so that could definitely be improved. Response from Harryson Pointdujour of Insightly CRM

Hi Keisha! Thanks so much for sharing this, really appreciate it.

Glad to hear Insightly is making project management easier for you, especially with task templates and reporting. That kind of visibility into progress is exactly what we’re aiming for, so it’s great to hear it’s working well for your team.

On the issues you mentioned, that definitely doesn’t sound right. Things like reports not showing or the interface shifting around shouldn’t be happening, and I get how frustrating that can be. If you’re open to it, our support team can take a closer look and help figure out what’s going on.

Thanks again for the honest feedback, it really helps us improve.

"The perfect launchpad CRM for a growing business"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Honestly, what I liked most about Insightly was how easy it was to get started. When we were a small team, we didn't have time to spend weeks on implementation or training. With Insightly, we were up and running in just a couple of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Reporting and analytics were probably my number one complaint. The built-in reports felt pretty limited, and whenever I needed something more custom or more visual, I usually ended up exporting to Excel and building it myself. That kind of defeats the purpose of having a CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Intuitive Design That’s Easy to Navigate"
4/5
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

It’s easy to navigate, with a modern, intuitive design that feels straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The text-formatting options within tasks are subpar. I also wish the dashboards were more dynamic and could be used with any report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
