I needed to fax some financial information as the website I needed to utilize was having some difficulties with the online software accepting my data. Per the financial organization I could try again online, complete the forms and mail or fax. As it is a 10 page document, and took a half hour to complete, I did not want to risk entering everything again and not being accepted on the website. So I printed and faxed, they do not accept e-mailed info due to nature of confidential documents. Using IFax was the perfect solution. I received cofrimation in an e-mail when the fax was sent, which was easy for me to advise the organization when I sent it and to what fax number. I found Ifax provided me with the ease of having a history of my useage as well as retaining my faxed documents. I found it to be a better way to fax then an ordinary fax machine.
