IBM's support for Trusteer forces the customer to conform to a lengthy process instead of actually providing support. **What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not at all. It is forcing me to wait 2 weeks to receive a recovery stick from my laptop manufacturer. ### 2. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about IBM Trusteer Rapport?** Lightweight. Offers browsing protection running unnoticeably in the background. The dashboard has a link listing the trusted websites, allowing me to know if, for example, a banking website that I use, is included in the list. I like the IP address validation feature. **What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?** Sometimes, after opening the browser (Firefox, in particular), a pop-up message appears indicating that I need to manually start Trusteer. This could be because in Firefox, I do not save browsing history. **Recommendations to others considering IBM Trusteer Rapport:** Trusteer is a lightweight added security layer to help guard against internet scams, like phishing. I have found it to be helpful. It does not seem to add any latency to the browser's response time. **What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Added based on a recommendation from one of my banking sites. I use Trusteer Rapport to provide protection in addition to the anti-virus software I use. It is supposed to protect against increasingly more common internet threats, like phishing, screen scraping, etc. ### 4. Could easily stop any malware problems as well. Highly recommended **What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?** Nothing I dislike about it to be quite honest. I haven't found one single flaw with their system and it's been working excellent since day one. **Recommendations to others considering IBM Trusteer Rapport:** Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to make their network safe from malware & phishing **What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to quickly and efficiently tell the difference between a real trusted user and fraudulent activity which should be flagged immediately. ### 5. This product works easily behind the scenes as I am crediting employee’s bank accounts and gives me peace of mind with security measures in place. Clicking on my fab to go from one screen to another is also very easy. **What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?** There is nothing I dislike at all.
