Replication is a snap when we have needed it. Having admin access to vCenter Server allows easy of manageability without the hassle and limitations an onsite solution only restricted us too prior to implementation. **What do you dislike about IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions?** management of the solution is a bit difficult job with vshpare and ibm managed services joining hand togeather and then integration of services. also the integration of services from multiplatformn has always been restricted becouse of networking limitations. this solutiomn along with the cloud migration encourages people to continew with hybrit solutions which are not great for long run. **What problems is IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are able to fully isolated yet virtualized cloud solutions for financial clinets. providing better securty and flexibility at the same time. it is a great solution. ### 3. What best I liked is the quickly and seamlessly integration or even the migration of on-premises VMware workloads to the IBM Cloud. Another good thing that is quite impressive is the single management console to deploy, access, and manage the VMware environments on IBM Cloud. **What do you dislike about IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions?** So far, I haven't realised any con about this software. Probably because it has all the features be it expansion, migration, integration while confidently leveraging the same tools, technologies and skills in the cloud. **What problems is IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using IBM cloud for VMware solutions to support application development and testing cycles and migration workloads. Using this, I have realised the ability to quickly order, provision and move the application development infrastructure to it's own environment. Another benefit is that it provides the ability to catalog environments to easily snapshot the production applications and deploy multiple development & test beds for developers. Also, this software helps in migration of workloads seamlessly reducing the migration long hours. ### 4.
