Previously, there was a lot of lag in both the website and mobile app while fetching from backend, now that lag is removed and we have happy customers. ### 4. And it's very easy to manage and plan different events. Much helpful! **What do you dislike about IBM Event Streams?** In using downstreams, the minimal features and the rate of releases were slow, which makes us feel that there's no upgrades and other than that there's poor marketing of the product. I hope it reaches more customers! **What problems is IBM Event Streams solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data center loss, the major benefit i could say. Because of the availability and reliability, deployment in the multi-zone, this actually solves the highlighed problem. And being in Apache Kafka which is open source, this is great! ### 9.
