Hyperfox Reviews & Product Details

Hyperfox is a B2B order automation platform designed to support companies that process customer orders across multiple channels. It captures incoming orders from email, attachments (such as PDF and Excel), EDI messages, customer portals, personalised order forms, and field sales applications, and converts them into structured order data for downstream systems. Hyperfox focuses on the operational side of order processing. It structures incoming order data using AI-assisted extraction and processes orders through configurable workflows. These workflows apply customer- and contract-specific rules, such as pricing logic, product eligibility, delivery conditions, and approval requirements, before orders are forwarded to ERP or TMS systems. The platform is used by distributors, manufacturers, and logistics service providers where customer service or back-office teams are responsible for entering, validating, and coordinating orders. Hyperfox is designed to reduce manual order entry and to standardise how orders are handled across customers and channels, without replacing existing core systems. Hyperfox can be accessed through a web-based interface and integrates with common enterprise environments. Orders can be reviewed, corrected, or approved when exceptions occur, while orders that meet predefined criteria can be processed automatically. This supports teams that manage high-order volumes and complex customer-specific agreements. Hyperfox integrates with ERP, TMS, and email platforms through APIs, EDI connections, and scheduled data imports or exports. It is delivered as a cloud-based SaaS solution and is intended to complement ERP, CRM, and logistics systems rather than act as a replacement. Key capabilities include: 1. Capturing B2B orders from email, documents, EDI, portals, and field sales tools 2. Structuring unstructured and semi-structured order data 3. Applying configurable validation rules based on customer agreements and operational constraints 4. Routing approved orders to ERP or TMS systems via integrations or APIs 5. Providing visibility into order status, exceptions, and processing results Hyperfox helps organisations improve consistency and control in order processing by reducing manual data entry, limiting processing errors, and standardising workflows across different order channels and customer types.
