They are approachable, assessable, and address issues quickly, often resolving technical problems after hours and on weekends. I would highly recommend working with Hristov. **What do you dislike about Hristov Development?** I don't have anything I dislike; I can't think of anything negative to say. All my experiences with the team have been positive. **Recommendations to others considering Hristov Development:** Hristov Development listens well to the client's' needs; allow them to brainstorm and provide several solution options. They are great at troubleshooting and thinking outside the box. I'm often told, "anything is possible," by their lead, Kristian, and he is correct. Even when something was challenging, they have figured out a way to make it work. I sincerely appreciate Hristov Development's can-do attitude. **What problems is Hristov Development solving and how is that benefiting you?** They developed innovative ways that allowed us to program the asset ourselves and update content on-demand as needed. Additionally, they created a brand new content management system creating efficiencies and structure to support our growing global team. Furthermore, we took our interactive piece to a new level by hosting it on the web, allowing our team to access it anytime, anywhere. This web-based approach has been a massive win for our field teams across the United States and Europe. Our team can now upload new content into the CMS and push it out to our web-based asset with the touch of a button and quickly retire obsolete materials. ### 2. The team moved from the web interface, to mobile and back all on short notice. Extremely flexible and didn't miss a beat. **What do you like best about Hristov Development?** I could always come to Kristian and his team with questions and concerns and have them resolved very quickly. If I ever had any problems with any of the work, they were quick to rectify. **What do you dislike about Hristov Development?** There were not too many downsides to Hristov Dev. **Recommendations to others considering Hristov Development:** I've worked with Kristian for many years in different capacities, as a colleague working with JavaScript technologies and later in a traditional consultant-client relationship. Kristian is the ultimate professional. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and brings a lot of experience to the table. He is not afraid to suggest solutions to problems your team may not have even thought of yet. He and his team were integral to our development efforts and gave us the push we needed to get our product out the door. We needed Kris's group to begin by patching the extant code, and then to create an all new codebase including a user-facing content management system. **What do you like best about Hristov Development?** The Hristov Development coders are Javascript aces. They can work in a variety of frameworks and libraries, and will learn new ones to help you. **What do you dislike about Hristov Development?** I have not encountered anything to dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Hristov Development:** They're the best dev group I've worked with. They *are* primarily developers, and javascript-centric developers at that; if you anticipate needing graphic design (e.g. Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) work you should either have those on staff or give notice to Hristov so that they can connect with the designers they work with. If you already have an application stack you may need to assume some ramp-up time. Otherwise, I suggest listening to their judgement regarding frameworks and libraries. **What problems is Hristov Development solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been steadily improving our medical congress software for a couple of years now, and are now supporting EU staff as well as US staff with the same code. We previously paid quite a bit more for much less with other vendors. We are transitioning to a fully cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, accelerating our progress and scalability, and we anticipate releasing new versions of the software for use by field and sales staff while gathering better metrics and performance indicator data. ### 5. The team was professional, positive and hard working through the whole process. They have a very strong technical expertise but they also have a solid market and product understanding. They are extremely precise with the weekly update calls and they have kept an extremely positive attitude which I believe is the most important factor to determine success. They have been extremely quick at integrating with other services like Stripe for Payments and HotJar for UX testing.
