The user interface can feel a bit outdated or not very intuitive, making it take time to navigate and find certain options quickly. The system speed can sometimes be slow, especially while loading reports or large employee data. It takes a huge report customization, which is not synced properly in real-time. I like HR4's hiring integration, which streamlines the process by having the information on applicants flow through to hired. Most of the pre-made reports are for things we don't utilize. I think the time/payroll information should also be available in the reports app. The geofencing for punches is a mess. Anywhere there is an employee's name, you should be able to click/jump to their profile, or have dropdown options like individual-time/profile/history/etc. Locking and unlocking timesheets should just be a click. HR4 streamlines so may processes and elimates paper trail. From the perspective of the end user, it is user friendly and easy to navigate. On the back end, it is intiuitive and there are many resources available to assist managers. Implentation and training was smooth, and ongoing support which is critical because there is so much to the platform is easily accessible. We love the Health and Safety aspect of the app. The fact that each employee has the app on their phone (which is optional depending on company policy) makes communication easy. We also love that everything is in one place. mission statement, employee handbook, training tools , scheduling, onboarding for hiring, personal files including CRA tax forms etc can be all stored on this app. We have the basic HR4 at this point and are only 1 month in. We are just starting our journey but are veryimpressed. The implentation team was great, the support is awesome, always their to assist and help in any way.
