What do you like best about HR4?

I use HR4 to streamline and manage different HR-related activities efficiently. I like its simplicity and ease of use, as the platform is well-organized, making it easy to manage tasks, access information, and stay updated without confusion. It saves time by bringing different HR-related activities into one place. I also appreciate that tasks can be completed quickly without needing much technical knowledge or extra guidance. What do you like best about HR4?

I appreciate how HR4 solves several practical problems in day-to-day operations, reducing manual paperwork and data duplication by centralizing all employee information in one system. This means we don't have to maintain multiple Excel sheets. The key features I value include the employee database module, which helps maintain complete and updated employee records for quick access and audit readiness. I also find the attendance and leave management system very helpful as it accurately tracks working hours, absences, and leaves, reducing manual errors and ensuring proper payroll input. What do you dislike about HR4?

The user interface can feel a bit outdated or not very intuitive, making it take time to navigate and find certain options quickly. The system speed can sometimes be slow, especially while loading reports or large employee data. It takes a huge report customization, which is not synced properly in real-time. What do you like best about HR4?

I like HR4's hiring integration, which streamlines the process by having the information on applicants flow through to hired. What do you dislike about HR4?

Most of the pre-made reports are for things we don't utilize. I think the time/payroll information should also be available in the reports app. The geofencing for punches is a mess. Anywhere there is an employee's name, you should be able to click/jump to their profile, or have dropdown options like individual-time/profile/history/etc. Locking and unlocking timesheets should just be a click. A scroll-to-top button would be nice. Being able to change weeks when you're in the middle of the timesheet list would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR4?

HR4 streamlines so may processes and elimates paper trail. From the perspective of the end user, it is user friendly and easy to navigate. On the back end, it is intiuitive and there are many resources available to assist managers. Implentation and training was smooth, and ongoing support which is critical because there is so much to the platform is easily accessible. I very much appreciated that the HR4 implementation team trained our entire employee population, not just the managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR4?

After more than a year working with HR4 (so the honeymoon phase is over), we have no regrets. While there is nothing we dislike about HR4, I can say that the desktop application is preferred by many of our employees over the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR4?

I think having HR4 support available through the chatbot as well as humans who answer those chatbots has been really useful. It's really helped us figure out how the site works, and I really like the personal aspect of it. What do you dislike about HR4?

The integration of health and safety compliance within HR4 is enormously beneficial, simplifying our processes by eliminating the need for multiple third-party platforms. With HR4, we can efficiently manage an employee's performance and compliance in one unified platform. Additionally, the setup was super easy thanks to their expert implementation team, which made the transition from a paper-based to a digital system seamless. What do you like best about HR4?

We love the Health and Safety aspect of the app. The fact that each employee has the app on their phone (which is optional depending on company policy) makes communication easy. We also love that everything is in one place. mission statement, employee handbook, training tools , scheduling, onboarding for hiring, personal files including CRA tax forms etc can be all stored on this app. We have the basic HR4 at this point and are only 1 month in. We are just starting our journey but are veryimpressed. The implentation team was great, the support is awesome, always their to assist and help in any way. The set up was easier than I anticipated and I have had a lot experience in implenting new systems, so I would definatly recommend HR4. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
