Nikola Zgurevf from tech support is a saint as are the rest of the team in support, I am dealing with radiation treatments that have my adrenaline wacked out and I get cranky for no reason and sometimes I have gone a little far with my words to them. They are great, and they are always calm and responsive with thorough explanations on the subject at hand.
