Hong Kong Trademark Registration Reviews & Product Details

Hong Kong Trademark Registration is software designed for trademark search and registration within Hong Kong's legal framework. It conducts comprehensive searches using attorney-only databases to identify conflicts and provides a registrability report within one working day. Applications can be filed in English, Chinese, or both, using classifications under the Nice Agreement. The platform assists with form examination, substantive examination, publication in the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Journal, and certificate issuance. It supports document preparation, translation, and organization throughout the process. Registered mark owners can monitor new applications online to identify conflicts with existing trademarks. Certificates issued are valid for ten years and renewable. The software includes status-checking features and consultation options to guide applicants through intellectual property rights and registration requirements.
