What do you like best about HoneyRuns?

HoneyRuns has simplified our fleet operations, such as maintenance, financing, insurance, and scheduling. We integrated HoneyRuns with our Mobile Mechanic Vendor Apex Mobile Autoworks, and this has been super useful with scheduling our maintenance because we can sync calendars and all communication between myself, the fleet manager, my drivers, and the mobile technician in one location. The AI agent actually speeds everything up because it does the work instead of me having to be on the phone 24/7 to make sure it gets done. All I need to worry about is approvals, and then when the work isn’t done properly, it notifies me and I can move on. All in all, very happy with the experience of the application. What do you dislike about HoneyRuns?

The integrated AI agent isn’t fully trained for every single situation. But, the team is very responsive and is able to work through situations and get it up and running.
