What do you like best about Hexomatic?

The supprot team is excellent. I had an issue. Couldnt resolve it with teh hexomatic scraper. I escalated it into support and they resovled this and showed me step by step how to solve the issue. With screenshots. And their solution worked! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexomatic?

So many terms, its not 100% intuitive. So support is needed, and takes time to finish a scrape. But results undeniably are there. May come with practice and familarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hexomatic?

I love how the tool helps with email address validation and data scraping. That is cost-effective and very efficient. And, it is easy to scrape using the recipes and export websites to google sheets. "A very interesting automation tool"

What do you like best about Hexomatic?

HIGHLY customized scraping abilities that allow you to scrape in ways that no other scraper allows for. For example, if I wanted "dog groomer" leads in arizona, I could easily do that. What do you like best about Hexomatic?

Easy to use, but at times the scraping recipes that are created do not work accurately. A ton of public recipes are available and credits are sufficient for a small business owner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexomatic?

Some more tutorials would be really helpful. It's a bit complicated at times. For eg - in the recipes that we create the code needs to be tweaked. Something like this for a non-techie person, we would need to reach out to the support team to assist us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing service and great customer service"

What do you like best about Hexomatic?

I have tried a couple of automation/webscraper and RPA systems. The best thing about this is the ease of use, video documentations, flexibility in how it handles tasks, pagination and easy download to googlesheets all without code or steep learning curve. However the most amazing thing overall is the customer service, highly responsive, I even got clear screenshots to aid my queries in minutes. I see this becoming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Value for Money No Code Scraping Tool"

What do you like best about Hexomatic?

This can replicate the unique value proposition of a lot of SAAS tools. Examples: Scrape Product Info, Scrape Google Search Results, Scrape Websites for Contact Details, Scrape Websites for their Technology stacks, Scrape any page with data you want to collect in Google Sheet or CSV form. As a scraping tool it's a no code tool making it easier to use this, than to create scraping scripts for multiple websites. As a SAAS tool it's in the cloud so it doesn't need your information or your IP address. In scraping that's the sort of thing you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexomatic?

It still feels a bit young in that there are features i would expect to see that aren't there. In my case I found that in scraping multiple search URLs for one website I had to create a new automation, even though the elements being scraped are identical. It would be faster for Hexomatic to support search variable insertion to cut down on the number of automation needed. The same thing goes for workflows, there is a duplicate button but the system bugs out if i duplicate a workflow and try to change the starting point. Hopefully these issues will be fixed in future.
