Hesper AI Reviews & Product Details

Hesper AI automates property and casualty claims processing from intake to resolution. Most claims AI scores or flags. It tells an adjuster a claim looks off and leaves the rest: pulling records, checking invoices, running the investigation, writing it up. Hesper's agents do that part. Each agent owns one function in the claims workflow and produces a documented outcome an auditor, a regulator or opposing counsel can read. What Hesper does Reads and classifies every document on a claim at intake Runs forensic review on each document against the policy, the loss, and the rest of the file Executes the investigation and writes the file, rather than handing the adjuster a score Covers homeowners, auto, workers' comp, pet today, with function-specific agents for each line Results For one MGA, Hesper caught $16.2M and cut average adjuster time per claim by 82% over eight weeks. Fraud gets caught as a byproduct of reviewing every document properly. The primary result is adjusters spending their day on decisions instead of paperwork. How customers deploy it Agents are sold one at a time. Keep your existing claims system, and add the next agent once the first pays for itself. Who it's for P&C carriers, MGAs and TPAs. Buyers are typically SIU Directors, VPs of Claims, and CIO/COO. Backed by Y Combinator and Afore Capital.
