Helm Reviews & Product Details

Helm gives small and medium business operators an AI-powered executive team: a CFO, COO, CMO, HR Director, and General Counsel who actually know your specific business. Unlike ChatGPT or Claude, which start every conversation from scratch, Helm is permanently briefed on your company — your financials, your team, your vendors, your goals. Every advisor reads your uploaded documents before every single conversation, so advice is always grounded in your actual situation, not generic best practices. Key features: • Five specialized AI advisors in one product — CFO, COO, CMO, HR Director, and General Counsel • The Boardroom — ask all five advisors the same question simultaneously and get five expert perspectives in under 30 seconds • The Vault — upload your P&L, vendor contracts, pricing sheets, and any business document. All are encrypted, stored privately, and read by your advisors before every conversation • QuickBooks Online integration — your CFO gets live access to your actual P&L and Balance Sheet, synced automatically every day • Visual dashboards — advisors generate interactive charts and dashboards from your data • Proactive weekly briefings — every Monday morning your team sends a personalized briefing with what to focus on that week • Personality slider — choose how your advisors communicate, from Professional to Real Talk • No message limits, ever — unlimited conversations on all plans • Zero AI training on your data — built on Anthropic's commercial API with a contractual guarantee Who it's for: Owners and general managers running businesses in manufacturing, distribution, professional services, retail, construction, and food & beverage with 1–50 employees. Anyone who makes major business decisions and wants an experienced executive team in their corner — without the billable hour.
