I like the integrated work options so our field people can access via ipads while we are able to simultaneously use the desktop system at the office. We are having difficulty with extra work orders. The system in Ontario and the way the markup is calculated on our extra work orders is scaled which makes integrating it with the system difficult and, so far, it has not saved us any time and/or made this part of our projects any easier. The website heavyjob.hcssapps.com works effectively on a computer for entering time and material quantities. The iPad app works well for this, also. It's great that there's a phone app, but it presently doesn't allow you to enter start and stop times. On the last webinar, it sounded like they were working on rectifying it.
