ClaimCenter has been in use for a number of years to manage a large volume of claims across multiple lines of business. We use Agile methods and have found the platform facilites a higher volume change. There has been an increase in the number of integrations with internal and external services which greatly improves the flow of information in the claims lifecycle. This will see key features being split out from the core product which will allow us to be even more Agile and make changes that do not require a full application deployment.
