"Guardz: Unified, Proactive Security with Easy Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

What I like best about Guardz is its simplicity and unified approach to cybersecurity. The platform brings together identity protection, endpoint security, email defense, and awareness training into one clean dashboard, which saves time and reduces the need for multiple tools. I especially value how proactive it is continuous scanning helps block phishing and malware before they become a problem, and the integration with Microsoft 365 makes it easy to roll out across different environments. For an MSP or IT leader, this efficiency and clarity are a real advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

"Centralized Dashboard and Seamless Ticketing That Speeds Incident Resolution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

The dashboard’s centralized layout is excellent, and it makes it very easy to monitor all of our active environments from one place. The built-in service desk integration seamlessly maps alerts into our ticketing system, and the automated remediation options—along with responsive technical support—help our team resolve complex infrastructure incidents much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

The core features are tightly tied to the cloud provider, which creates rigid deployment constraints when a client isn’t fully on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. For accounts using alternative or on-premise email infrastructure, you can’t enable individual modules—such as endpoint antivirus or dark web tracking—on a standalone basis, which limits flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michael Mayer of Guardz

The ticketing integration closing the loop between detection and resolution is exactly the operational model we set out to build for MSPs. Alerts that automatically map into your service desk and trigger remediation without a manual handoff removes the gap where incidents get lost or delayed.

On the platform dependency: you're right, and it's worth being direct about it. Guardz is built around identity-first security, which means M365 and Google Workspace are the foundation for how detection and response work across the platform. For clients on alternative or on-premise email infrastructure, that does create real constraints on which modules can be activated independently. This reflects a deliberate architectural choice. We went deep on the environments where the majority of SMB risk lives today rather than shallow across all of them.

All the best, Michael

"A Unified Cybersecurity Platform That Truly Delivers for MSPs"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

As the CEO of an MSP, I need tools that simplify our operations while elevating the security we provide to our clients. Guardz checks all the boxes. The single pane of glass approach is a game-changer — we can monitor and manage cybersecurity across all our clients from one unified dashboard instead of juggling multiple siloed tools. The platform covers all the critical areas: identity threat detection, email security, endpoint protection, cloud data protection, phishing simulations, and security awareness training, all natively built into one platform.

What really sets Guardz apart is how it's purpose-built for MSPs. The multi-tenant architecture, set-and-forget automations, and built-in compliance mapping save us significant time. The prospecting and security business review tools have also been invaluable for demonstrating value to our clients and winning new business. It's not just a security product — it's a business growth enabler.

Our implementation time was cut by about 80%, we now connect our customers M365 tenant and deploy Check Point HEC and SentinelOne with a click of two buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Honestly, it's hard to find major negatives. Like any platform, there's a learning curve during initial onboarding, but the Guardz team is incredibly responsive and supportive. If I had to pick something, I'd say the platform is evolving so quickly with new features that it can take a moment to keep up — but that's a good problem to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michael Mayer of Guardz

Enrique, an 80% reduction in implementation time and a two-click deployment for M365, Check Point and SentinelOne is the kind of result we want every MSP to experience.

Hearing that the prospecting and security business review tools are directly contributing to new business wins means a lot to us. It tells us we are delivering real value beyond the security layer and helping MSPs like you stand out in the market.

On the pace of new features, we hear you. It is a genuine challenge, even when the updates are good ones. Your dedicated manager, our blog, and updates directly within the platform are there to keep you ahead of it.

All the best, Michael

"Excellent Prospecting Tool for Fast, Clear Security Assessments"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

The prospecting tool is excellent for running quick external security assessments during sales meetings, so we can show prospects their vulnerabilities on the spot. I also appreciate how clearly it organizes incoming alerts by category, which helps our team quickly tell the difference between minor mailbox flags and critical endpoint detections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

The user training module used to feel a bit sparse and didn’t offer much engaging material for our clients’ employees. Recently, they’ve added new educational videos that help fill that gap, which is a welcome improvement. That said, the course customization options for specific compliance frameworks still feel somewhat limited and could use more depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptionally Centralized Dashboard for Threat Detection and Incident Response"
4/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

The centralized administrative view is exceptionally well executed. Having automated threat detection, live phishing data, and guided incident-response protocols all in one interactive dashboard saves our analysts from constantly switching between fragmented infrastructure applications, especially during active investigations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

The automated response playbooks can feel a bit too rigidly structured when we’re dealing with niche network environments. The default alert priorities also tend to group minor behavioral anomalies alongside critical operational vulnerabilities, which forces us to do manual filtering just to keep our main queue clean. "All-in-One Platform with Great Pricing and On-Point Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

All in one platform has made supporting my clients much easier. Pricing is great and support is on point. It is missing a feature I really need but it's in the works and should be live in a couple of weeks. After that feature is implimented, Guardz will be pretty much perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Just need the email encryption feature which is coming soon. If I had to nitpick and come up with something, navigating the portal could be a little faster but man, that's really nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Value with Integrated SentinelOne Complete & Checkpoint Email Security"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

I like all the products that are integrated or included with Guardz especially the SentinelOne Complete and the Checkpoint Email Security platform. They provide a great price point for all the services offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

At the moment I have not found anything I dislike about their service but I know that we can provide input on what we would like and they will listen and consider adding those features or function Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Threat Resolution but Needs Better Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

I really like Guardz for providing a single pane of glass view across all our clients and their security posture. It's great being able to access, configure, and manage different security tools, spot issues, and remediate them all from one place. The setup was easy and straightforward, which was a pleasant surprise. Guardz also solves the problem of fragmented security visibility by giving us a single platform to monitor, detect, and remediate threats across all our client environments instead of juggling multiple disconnected tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Support response time needs to be faster when assistance is needed. Onboarding documentation is thin and could do with a comprehensive guide. There's no clean way to distinguish between active user accounts and services accounts in M365 for inactive user alerts. The SAT feature still has a way to go; the gap in quality is noticeable compared to Huntress. We also experience a number of legitimate emails falling under Graymails and getting stuck in quarantine or junk folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Guardz: Fast 5-Minute Setup with Instant 365 Tenant Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

Guardz is very simple to set up. It only takes about 5 minutes to get a client onboarded with the basic options, and you start getting feedback about your 365 tenant almost instantly. Setting up additional features, like email security or MDR, is also straightforward and is almost a set-and-forget process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

On the external footprint scan, it always shows items that as the MSP we have little to no control over. It does give us something to bring up at reviews but most of the web developers our clients deal with would not understand the stuff detected. It is not that Guardz is wrong, it is more about the understanding of what it is and what can we really do to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michael Mayer of Guardz

Thank you, Mark. Our team has written about why traditional secure email gateways simply cannot keep pace with the speed of modern phishing and business email compromise. API-based email security integrated directly into Microsoft 365 is the answer and instant tenant insights at onboarding is how that shows up in practice. Pairing that with Identity Threat Detection and Response and Managed SentinelOne is the complete stack MSPs need. On the external footprint scan, your feedback is noted and we are actively working to make those findings more actionable for clients.

"Guardz Makes MDR Simple with a Clean, All-in-One Portal"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

They make MDR simple. Many other solutions overcomplicate what companies want MDR to be. Guardz is different. They make MDR very easy to understand. Also, the ability to do security awareness training with your users all from one portal is fantastic. The fact that the portal is so clean and everything is in one place is such a great advantage to Guardz. The other feature we utilize often is the identity threat protection where it monitors our office 365 accounts for potentially nefarious login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

They could allow more configuration options from the portal and that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
