Gravity Perks offers an incredible suite of upgrades for the already incredibly powerful Gravity Forms. There are seeminly endless options to upgrade and modify your forms as needed. It's a breeze to install and get using, it's easy to integrate with gravity forms and pretty much ready to implement right out of the box.

We interact and work with Gravity Perks on approximately a monthly basis and have been using it pretty much since it's inception.
I've never had reason to interact with their customer support, but I can say that there are endless resources and experts as part of their support forums to help with any issues that you run into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It really is a great little plugin, but the pricing structure and limitations on what you can and can not use, make it really inaccessible for a lot of small to medium sized businesses. With their basic you can only get a single perk, their medium package it's three and if you need more it's a whopping price tag.
