**What do you like best about Grapher?**

It is very versatile in configuring axes, tick marks, labels. All this is not possible with Excel or similar products

**What do you dislike about Grapher?**

Honestly, I preferred the old graphical interface (like Grapher 9). The new interface seems to me less intuitive

**What problems is Grapher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in the field of monitoring and Grapher allows me to create easily understandable diagrams. I recommend it to anyone.

  ### 4. Grapher review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritchie E. | Meteorologist, Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2018

**What do you like best about Grapher?**

Grapher is very easy to learn and use for scientific graphing.

**What do you dislike about Grapher?**

I do not have anything in Grapher that I dislike.

**What problems is Grapher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grapher is great for comparing variables in different graphs on the same page. Grapher provides publication quality graphs at a very reasonable price. It is easier to use than more powerful scientic graphing software.

  ### 5. I have been using Grapher since its inception when I was a student at the Colorado School of Mines

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Grapher?**

I like the very professional engineering "look" to the plots available in Grapher.

**What do you dislike about Grapher?**

I think the scripting available in Grapher could be more user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering Grapher:**

Need to update the scripting capabilities to make it more intuitive and user friendly. It would be great if a GUI was available or a workflow.

**What problems is Grapher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Petroleum Engineering problems. I have used Grapher in many professional presentations and blow people away with the graphs I'm able to show trends, forecasts, multiple axes, etc. I especially like to interface Grapher with simulation output and again wish the scripting was easier to use.

  ### 6. More graphing options than Excel

Create graphs without worrying. Quickly transfer data into thoughts.

**What do you dislike about Grapher?**

Enormous increase in file size after pasting or combining with bitmaps; change names and entries in class plot. When clicking new plot, the Y- data change.
