Egress traffic is charged based on whether the traffic uses an internal or external IP address, whether the traffic crosses zone or region boundaries within Google Cloud, whether the traffic leaves or stays inside Google Cloud, and the network tier of traffic that leaves Google's network.

Pricing for VPC is based on egress traffic, traffic leaving a Google Cloud resource, such as a VM. No charges applied for ingress traffic except charges for resource that processes ingress traffic.

What do you like best about Google Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)?

It is highly secured and easy to operate. It's networking functionality is really amazing. Very smooth and interactive and also available in budget model. It is highly scalable and flexible. GCP VPC is available all the globe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)?

In my initial days I found it different when compared with other clouds. But security and scalability matters. So as the days are passing it is really effective. So I would like to say I don't find any issues with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a task to create VPC in GCP and have to enable all the networking functionalities and all the VM's and the resources are completely secured using GCP VPC. Routing, Proxy and load balancing all these are easy to be created and maintained well. The customer service is highly responsinve and polite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
