AWS PrivateLink Reviews & Product Details

What I like most about AWS PrivateLink is that it enables secure, private connectivity between VPCs, AWS services, and third-party SaaS applications without exposing any traffic to the public internet. The communication remains entirely within the AWS network, which strengthens security and also helps simplify overall network architecture.

PrivateLink is especially valuable for organizations with strict security and compliance requirements, since in many scenarios it eliminates the need for Internet Gateways, NAT Gateways, VPNs, or more complex VPC peering setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial networking setup can be a bit complex, particularly when you’re working across multiple AWS accounts. Getting interface endpoints, endpoint services, DNS settings, and security groups configured correctly takes a solid understanding of AWS networking concepts. Costs can also add up quickly if you end up deploying a large number of interface endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AWS PrivateLink does better traffic control than any other services. For our application in my project, we have integrated with a mailing service for customers regarding their payments and stuff. And AWS PrivateLink handles these email alerts very well. There will be no time delay among the services to the recipient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since it's a unidirectional, only one-way transit is allowed. If it were bidirectional, it would have been even more beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
