I find the interface really confusing. I think setting up grant and reviewing rounds could be drastically simplified.

The price, especially for charities like ours, is really high too. Perhaps the pricing structure could reflect use. For example, we do one grant round a year. We receive around 300 applications and award 80 grants. This all takes place over a 3 month period. The other 9 months of the year, the programme goes unused for us. Super user friendly, great support and a responsive team who tailor training to your specific needs. I really appreciate the video responses as I’m a visual learner and that method is so much better than written support. I find Good Grants very easy to use. The submission process for grant applications is straightforward because it has a structured form, making it easy to move through. Reviewing applications based on required criteria and submitting scores is also simple. The software allows me to save my work at any point, return to it, and complete tasks efficiently, which saves me time compared to the longer process it usually takes. When reviewing grants, it could be easier to see the total scores that you have given. I often struggle navigating the menus to find the screen that shows the total scores. I appreciate Good Grants for its outstanding customer service. Whenever I get stuck, I can reach out for help, and their response time is incredibly quick.
