In fact, I usually had an answer within the hour! If my CSM was out, my question would be picked up by an equally knowledgeable staff member. This particularly impressive considering their staff is distributed throughout the world. Attention to customer service is the deal maker/breaker for me and Good Grants does a great job! **What do you dislike about Good Grants?** We want applicants to complete the application in the portal but also allow them to download a PDF of the full application before starting. In addition, we started the application with two conditional screening questions, which would determine if they met basic criteria and either allow or not allow the rest of the application to appear. The link to download the application appears before these questions which meant the only part of the application they could print was the two screening questions. We decided that the availability of a PDF of the application before starting was most important so we removed the conditionality of the screening questions and will be screening the applications for eligibility ourselves. It has been an affordable and has met all our needs over the years. The platform has made it possible for thousands of applications to be submitted, processed, and judged with ease. When there have been snags, the follow up for help by Good Grants staff has been outstanding. They have always come through in a timely manner (and with great patience!) and help navigate me through any issue that has come up. If I still need help, the support team are excellent - they actually film short videos specific to your query to show you exactly how to do something! It is easy to create intake forms, using conditional and hidden questions. The onboarding support has also been excellent. Finally, it is fully integrated with Salesforce for better data visibility. There are also a few upcoming features, such as the ability to star applications and autoscoring that made this platform an attractive choice for us. **What do you dislike about Good Grants?** No integration with payment/ financial platforms or ability to generate and sign contracts. **What problems is Good Grants solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are running a grant program and are using good grants to collect grant applications, collect peer reviewer feedback and choose grants to award. Having a portal for applicants to submit their applications and keep track of the status of their submissions has been a real game-changer in terms of processing efficiency. ### 31. The sales team were great throughout the procurement process and the support team have been excellent. They respond quickly to enquiries and turned around my request for a pre-launch test very rapidly. Most of all I really like knowing I have a safe & reliable system for accepting, processing and reviewing applications at a very reasonable cost.
