"Gold cast Brought New Life to Our Video Library"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

Gold cast took a very stagnant video library we had built and gave it real purpose. It allowed us to finally use a lot of content we weren’t using before, and made that existing library feel useful again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

The initial setup took quite a bit of work and was somewhat difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Digital Events and Seamless HubSpot Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

I find it really easy to set up digital events, integrate them seamlessly with HubSpot, and get them up and running straight away. Both speakers and participants find the product excellent and very engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

There are some UX issues; you might not notice them straight away, but support sorts them out straight away. Although it’s rare, the interface can be a bit tricky to get to grips with at first and with some updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Webinar Platform we were waiting for!"
5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

Goldcast comes out with new features almost weekly! I love the UI of Goldcast and the seamless integrations that it has with our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

I love Goldcast but I would love to see a couple improvements. Specifically, for in-person events the statuses get updated IMMEDIATELY after an event so you don't have time to check-in anyone who may have walked onsite that didn't register. I would also like to have real fields for Goldcast Engagement that could be mapped rather than just activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-friendly webinar software with great UI and amazing support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

The UI/look and feel of virtual events, how user-friendly/easy it is to build events, registration landing pages, etc., and their customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

While I like the Content Lab in theory, it could use some work. For example, while I love the AI-generated clips, I can't splice together multiple, separate clips that don't occur in chronological order. I still need to use a different video editing software to achieve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"OK at scale, date and reporting fall short"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

It can host a large number of concurrent events. The temporization of events simplify timing workflow in production cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

The data and reporting features are subpar. It’ll integrate with some things, but the data structures never seemed to quite align. Reports take forever to generate and still leave questions unanswered. You really need to dig into the data using a third-party reporting tool after you export as much as you can into a CSV file. The interface, while powerful, can feel a bit cluttered during live events. There’s a lot going on, and it can be overwhelming for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
