And if sometimes any problem happened sot our computer it not just save the content but also assures the restoration. And also it has the capacity to store a bulk of data so its storage capacity is also admirable. Its customer support is very strong and is always ready to help its users and also helped us in understanding some elementary functions which we were unable to find and understand. **What do you dislike about GoDaddy Website Backup?** I wish its website portal would be easy. It took us time to learn it's working and what we were not able to understand was taught to us by its very helpful support team. If you have an issue go on at one point, but you fail to catch it for a few days, you can track it back by using those past 30 backups. We had a new person join the team, and they made some mistakes on our website coding, but we were hesitant to remove an entire page, so we used the 3 day old backup and just redid the change correctly. In the past, a mistake like this could have been untraceable and led to a huge data loss. **What do you dislike about GoDaddy Website Backup?** There is not much to dislike. The site does take some getting used to, but the customer service has always been helpful in assuring us of what functions to use to get the results we wanted from the backup. It would be helpful to have a more comprehensive FAQ, or at least a rundown of the functions for those of us who are not as tech minded and are worried that we will go in and mess something up even more when trying to access a backup. **Recommendations to others considering GoDaddy Website Backup:** Definitely take it for a trial run, but take advantage of the 30 day backups. I think that it would be great if the site could hold even more backups, but I realize that would be a lot of data to hold. At one point we did have issues with files not loading correctly from the backup, but that was mostly due to formatted zip files and the difference in Mac/Pc software - Pages/Word, Sheets/Excel. ### 6. We have used this from time to time, depending on how quickly we needed to do a backup. We use several other methods through the site to backup and do restoration, when necessary, that give us a little more control. I also like to do my own restorations vs having another company do it. **Recommendations to others considering GoDaddy Website Backup:** Check to make sure there isn't a free solution available before paying for an upgrade.
