In my opinion, GoDaddy is one of the best platforms if you want to purchase a domain name. It offers domain names at a very cheap price if you're a first-time user of GoDaddy. In case you want to renew the domain name that you purchased from another vendor you may consider GoDaddy and save a few bucks while renewing. What do you dislike about GoDaddy Domains?

Well, I have purchased a couple of domain names from GoDaddy, and what I most dislike about it is its renewal cost. Yes! for a first-time buyer it's cheap but next year the price get increased too much. However, you may contact them and ask for a renewal discount which works. Nothing. GoDaddy service was appalling, the prices were too high, and it was almost impossible to transfer a domain out without calling support and waiting an eternity with the same short loop of super annoying "music". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Domain renewals are excessively high; you'll pay 300%+ more than competitors. Transferring a domain out is impossible with the website (very convenient business practice to keep you with them?) Support is difficult to deal with. When you eventually get through after an hour-long wait on hold. Difficult as the support person does not have access to areas they need to support you; they don't understand the request or do not respond in the case of email support.
