I love the fact that Gnosis is very customizable based on the customer's needs. From sales, engineering, to accounting, I can feel the professionalism of Gnosis. The follow-ups from Gnosis is very strong and it is a great virtue you can dream of when you look for a great business partner. Even if Gnosis may not have the product right away to fulfill my needs, their engineers will find a way around to offer solutions and they are not pushy to force customers to subscribe this and that so it gives a really good impression from our team on Gnosis' serviceability and great proudcts! The only down side maybe sometimes it is taking a bit more time to load all the shipments we have from the portal. So far, my favorite update from Gnosis Freight has been the addition of FDA and Customs release notifications. I can quickly check my containers’ status instead of waiting for an email from the broker, which has made my workload much easier to manage. It feels like there are some data integrity issues, particularly around track and trace, that can cause orders to appear in the wrong status. I’ve also found during onboarding with new carriers that there can be a real learning curve when they’re trying to submit charges and invoices for payment, which can make the process more difficult than it needs to be. Gnosis is an extremely reliable, easy to use, and accurate. Data accuracy, latency, and customizable reporting in the CLM dashboard provides significant insights to our business we were previously unaware of as a 3PL. There are very few gaps and trouble with some ocean carriers that struggle with reporting information that in turn Gnosis cannot report. Ingate dates, etc. Export visibility could be better but is an industry issue, non specific to Gnosis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we use couple different forwarders moving freight, it's very nice that I can track all containers on one page. Rather than using multiple different sites to search which can take longer. Sometimes the site can be overwhelming at first with all of the features (Just the layout from dashboard and searching for either detention, delayed, diversions etc). Big one is the delayed shipment page where it only shows the Active Vessel when it's on water and Rail ETA Delay. It makes tracking bills of lading much simpler. We can track by OBL or by container, which helps us schedule the manpower needed to process containers. We’re also able to reduce costs and delays by making sure all paperwork is in order before the shipment arrives at the port. I use Gnosis Freight to streamline communication with factories when our purchase orders are approved and to track containers. Normally, I would need to search through the freight forwarders' websites to track containers, but with Gnosis I can search in one spot. The map feature when tracking containers is incredibly helpful, showing exactly where the vessel is and the route it is taking. This is especially useful with many vessels getting delayed or rerouted, as it helps me predict any delays more accurately.
