What I love is that it allows me to be in touch with my development team in real time. Also like to be multiplatform. Time difference, all people around the world work at different time zones, and that's a hard problem, when you are in rush and want to ask a small question and want answer, chat is AFK, nobody active, although there is a lot of users, it's like IRC chat, you are working, everyone is sleeping, and vise versa, that's indeed probably biggest issue for me, sure it cannot be solved simply, it's something like impossible to solve, but being a chat platform and behaving like a forum is not applicable for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
