GitMind's very effective for creating detailed diagrams which I like because I can structure the accounting processes I teach, break down tasks and map everything step–by–step. And an extra point is that I can add short annotations at each node with extra comments or reminders. **What do you dislike about GitMind?** I find it hard to find shortcomings in GitMind because so far I've not faced a frustrating situation. **What problems is GitMind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using GitMind has made me leave behind messy lists and has allowed me to clearly structure my activities and academic sessions, as well as outline projects and coordinate tasks with colleagues all in less time than usual. ### 2. Love the GitMind AI function. I also love the support and free resources GitMind allows you to use to better understand the system and how everything works. You can't truly understand something until you know every piece inside out. **What do you dislike about GitMind?** If you don't take the time to use the free resources that GitMind provides you with video tutorials and step by step instruction, it could be challenging to start and to figure out where to beogin. **What problems is GitMind solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love being able to upload a document and the Mind Mapping function turns it into something that you can use and understand. Very cool function that is difficult to find on other platforms especially for the low price GitMind offers. ### 3. It helps to organize creative ideas in a systematic way that anyone can follow. The ease of use is also worth noting. **What do you dislike about GitMind?** It is sometimes difficult to navigate using the touchscreen on my laptop. However, I cannot say whether my issue is a result of user error or design. **Recommendations to others considering GitMind:** Maps can be easily shared via FB & Twitter. **What problems is GitMind solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have found the collaboration option to be extremely useful. Most charts or maps do require the input of several people and with work becoming remote recently for various reasons, projects can stay on track. ### 4. With a basic understanding, we can start using this application. Step by step we can break it down into complex projects. We have broken down many complex projects with the help of GitMind and shared planning with the team. **What do you dislike about GitMind?** It is a very new application founded in 2019, a lot of things can be added. I don't have anything to dislike in this application as available options are at the best level. some more Visualization options can be added, like more Flowchart options, some readly available flowcharts with example text in it. **Recommendations to others considering GitMind:** First, understand the needs for your Business Requirement and understand what GitMind can offer, then proceed. **What problems is GitMind solving and how is that benefiting you?** we have used to fix complex Sales issues, to visualized challenges over different regions, all regions have different challenges and conditions, rules etc. this tool helped us. Help in flowchart , maps. some options are really great as mentioned. ### 5. Even some of the keyboard shortcuts are different. It's almost like a different product altogether. Needs more synergy. **Recommendations to others considering GitMind:** Do you like a clean UI, ease of use, and cloud-based MindMap solutions?
