Otii is the operational engine that connects regulation, people, processes and practice inside an early-years setting. Bringing early years regulation and real-world setting operations together in one connected operational engine; crafted by people who understand both. Shaped by people who understand the reality of delivering early years care, Otii translates what government, regulators and statutory guidance require into what actually happens on the nursery floor, helping leaders see whether it’s happening, what needs attention and where evidence sits.
