Get Ninja Virtual Assistants Reviews & Provider Details

Get Ninja places pre-trained virtual assistants with US-based businesses, specializing in two verticals: Construction Estimator VAs and Executive Assistant VAs. Unlike traditional offshore staffing agencies, our VAs complete role-specific training before placement — Construction Estimator VAs arrive ready to handle quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, STACK, Trimble), while Executive Assistants are equipped with SOPs covering calendar management, inbox triage, CRM administration, lead qualification, and client communications. We recruit from the Philippines, Morocco, and Colombia, vet candidates through a multi-stage interview and skills assessment process, and back every placement with ongoing performance tracking, dedicated account management, and replacement guarantees. Our proprietary 50+ SOP library and structured 30-day onboarding ensure clients see measurable output in the first month. Get Ninja is built for general contractors, subcontractors, estimating firms, and growing service businesses that need skilled remote talent without the overhead of recruiting, training, and managing offshore staff.
