No much confusion in that space. Even though the settings and interface are very much intuitive, I can learn things on my own and create my own campaigns and track the analytics. **What do you dislike about Geotoko?** The customer support is a little late is what is observed, as they take a minimum of 3 to 5 working days to resolve the issues. Even when we are making any changes in the tool, the changes are not applied instantly, that thing also can be improved. **What problems is Geotoko solving and how is that benefiting you?** The location settings are very simple and easy to understand in the tool, we can add a single location and multiple locations at the same time regarding our campaigns will give a very insightful analysis of the task. The issue is that you need to get respondents to get the analytics and since the platform is quirky it is very difficult. **What do you dislike about Geotoko?** Almost everything. It is not easy for the respondents to answer the questions as the platform seems to spam them a lot before they even get to the questions. It seems pretty juvenile in what you can "buy" or "win". I would not use it again. **What problems is Geotoko solving and how is that benefiting you?** As of right now nothing. I thought it would help my team get market research from our audience while being fun and giving away some items. But instead it was tedious, juvenile and not overly professional. ### 5.
